“As usual, this is the third bag that I use and the third time it comes short in weight. The quality of the meat is superb as usual, though, I have sent an email with photos of these bags on the scale, explaining that being their most expensive product on the website I would expect to have it at the weight that I pay it for. I haven't heard back from Coombe yet, but surprisingly I have received the invitation to make a review. I start to think that I will stop this subscription of chicken and I would start buying elsewhere...”

“This would have got 5 stars as the broth was lovely. But the first packet I thawed had a hole in it so I lost 80% of the broth. I emailed the company and no one got back to me. As it's a minimum order of just over £23 incl delivery it's not a cheap product. So I would have expected a reply. The pictures below show how little broth I had left.”

“Fabulous! Excellent customer service from the minute I placed the order to the delivery. Extremely well packaged. I made a lovely bone marrow broth and making another batch tomorrow. I also ordered a pouch of ready made broth to try and that was very good. I will definately be ordering again and have recomended to my friends.”

“Then one broth was delivered beautifully - better than some of my clothing! Chicken in wonderful and will be buying regularly, beef is not so good. Recommend wholeheartedly as a company”

“Excellent value and cut. Only minor criticism, wrapping on steak was torn in a few spots - which isn't the most hygienic to me. Also I emailed this feedback after receiving and had no reply.”

“Boxed very well. Presentation fancy for what is essentially left overs. Left overs I made a very nice bone broth with. Delivery was spot on. I will stick with this website. They are an awesome service.”

“I am not a great fan of chicken, and only occasionally buy free range organic bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs from local shops but would not give them more than 4 stars. But these thighs were different. Fresh and delicious, no smell or taste of product having been "on the shelf".”
