“Cooked this in the slow cooker with Guinness, shallots, celery, juniper berries and bay leaves - what a treat and delicious in a cold roast beef and horseradish sandwich. It rendered down loads of beef dripping too which I use for roast potatoes. Nothing gets wasted in this household.”

“Very happy with the service and the meat - both orders arrived very quickly; everything we tried was freshly frozen and packed with as little packaging as possible. i also found the plastic was different than what you get on meat from grocery stores, and it was great that the meat smelled fresh. We tried the pork, lamb, game, beef, and the monkfish - all great. New to buying from farms and this is one with a lot of choice and quick delivery. Would recommend. Thank you”

“Simple order process. Good communication from placement of order to delivery. Produce was well packaged with lots of ice packs. Only tried the beef bone broth and lamb bacon so far, but both tasted delicious. Unsmoked bacon had part thawed out during transit. Called CFO and was given advice on storage and safe use. Given rewards points as a gesture of good will. Quality products and great customer service. will be a repeat customer.”
