“We have enjoyed the meat very much which is delicious, especially the pork tenderloin, tender and sweet. The bone broth is nourishing and tasty, I tend to sip it hot from a mug in the evening for a simple supper. We did not care for the pate with mushrooms which was dry and flaky in texture. The back bacon was a bit too salty for our liking, I will try the streaky version next as I especially appreciate nitrate free. I am afraid the venison sausages were dry and solid but perhaps I over cooked them.”

“Very pleased to be able to get duck bones as a basis for sauces. That's all I wanted really but tried the goat though not used yet and I can easily buy fresh goat from the Afro-Caribbean shops in West Croydon. The mince products were softening a bit but felt I could re-freeze them. Goat products not prettily packed/presented which may bother some. Order and delivery process fine. Wish I could just buy the bones but not as many as needed for you order minimum, unless I buy another freezer!”
