Hi Steven! Thank you for your review! Regarding the packaging: as all our products are delivered (blast-) frozen we have to make sure that everything stays frozen up to - at least - 24 hours. That's why we need the wool as well as the ice packs - even the little ribbon and our grease proof paper are used for this purpose: to help keep things absolutely frozen. “Excellent overall experience! Literally seconds after putting my order through I received a phone call to apologise and explain they had ran out of a very popular product and then given several options of what I could do next. Brilliant, friendly, personal customer service. Meat parcel arrived promptly the next morning, lovely packaging and still very frozen meat! Very happy with my whole organic chicken and organic chicken bone broth, great size, flavour and value for money. Lovely website design, very easy to use and love the product info. I will 100% order again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!”

“The Flat Iron Steaks are sublime. Very tender and juicy. The only problem is that they should ask for the time of delivery, so that the meat doesn't stay out of the fridge for hours.”
