“Love the ethos of the company and the range of nose to tail (offal). The quality is brilliant and well packaged. This was my first order and I will be ordering more in the future. My order included pigs trotters, lambs necks, marrow bone, tallow, lambs hearts, chicken necks.”

“I produced your ham at my youngest grandson's Christening lunch yesterday and the 20 guests all wolfed it down and many of them asked where it had come from and I fully expect there will be orders coming your way. Having no preservatives and such beautiful flavour and texture made it a rare treat. The ordering and delivery were efficient, and easy. Worth every penny, no waste, beautifully cooked. Thank you so much. I had forgotten ham could be so good.”
