“Your delivery process for item from HK is very bad: 1. Delivery man lied. Was at home all the time. Marked item as out when I am on work from home. We were all in the house at the relevant time: myself & 3 other adults. We received 3 other deliveries that day 2. Delivery man Did not follow requested procedure 3. Delivery company customer service tried to assist but they do not understand much english & said they were not informed by sender in HK of procedure. 4. Strange that because the delivery company for other item I purchased from your company had NO PROBLEM with delivery”

“It took 2 weeks to get to me. Too slow. I am not 100% sure this is the same product that I have used for years. It smells different and not the same texture.???? I feel I have been ripped off”

“From time of ordering until delivery it was 10 days - MUCH too long. The planet will not love you for an excessive amount of plastic in the packaging.”

“It took over a month to get my order. The product is what I ordered - but if you need your items quickly - I don’t recommend this site. When I emailed customer support they just repeated what tracking said. Not sure how a product can take as long as it did - and they couldn’t tell me either - which was very frustrating. Will pay a little more elsewhere to avoid the disappointment.”

“I was very disappointed with the delivery time. I received the goods 9 days after the goods were placed. I live in NSW and I don’t think this is good. Most other companies ship there goods within 1-2 days with priority post and goods received with 1-3 days.”

“Unfortunately I was sent the wrong perfume.I ordered Womens fragrance Voyage D'Hermes Eau De Toilette(paid AU$177.22) but was sent the Mens perfume. I Have since ordered & paid for the correct perfume Voyage D'Hermes Eau DeToilette for Woman and hoping this is what I receive..Original o/n was 06-04084-450..Plse advise the correct return address for this product.”

“Shipping sucks. My purchase was already at the final delivery center 3 weeks before I could get my hands on it. I also had to pick it up at the post office and pay additional fee when I provided my complete address and the site indicated free shipping when I bought it .”

Hi Ken, Sorry about this, unfortunately the delay in the Philippines postal system and duties charged on imports are outside of our control. The package was received into your country within a week or so of ordering.

Hi Allan, Sorry about the inconvenience caused. There are certain dangerous goods products which we deliver by courier from outside of Australia that unfortunately currently can't be delivered to a PO Box or parcel collect. The majority of products can be.

“Product was good, price acceptable but I was not happy with the delivery: 1) took about 10 days 2) I was not home when delivery made so had to make a special trip to pick up. 3) too much packaging (one lipstick was seal wrapped and boxed by the manufacturer, then bubble wrapped and boxed by Cosmetics Now. In conclusion, 1 is acceptable but combination of 2 and 3 made me feel like an environmental vandal. I'm unlikely to buy in future.”

Hi, Sorry for the slow delivery, order took around 8 business days before delivery attempt. For Australia if a comment is left asking for authority to leave we can send the order with Authority to Leave. Thank you for your feedback regarding packaging.
