I bought a Demon Slayer kimono off of CosplaySky for a rave. When I looked at the item, I saw only positive reviews. But now that I received the item, I'm sincerely surprised that the other reviews of this item are so positive. They are what motivated to order this item. But the quality of this item, and I'm guessing any item that comes from this website, is abysmal. It's like they took a table cloth and quickly sewed some random seams in, leaving loose threads everywhere and making a monstrosity out of the sleeves. When I reached out to customer service, I didn't hear back for almost a week. Then they told me those sleeves were intentional. My question is: why? I ordered a replacement off Amazon and it was just normal, wide sleeves. Why are they semi-detached from the rest of the jacket. It just looks unfinished or torn. Customer service also only offered me a refund of 8%! Where do they even get that number from? They also don't cover the cost of return shipping. This is just a waste of money. Don't buy from here.

Deadpool cosplay. The sizing is wrong and the product does not match the photos they show. The mask is 100% rubber and you can't breath out of it.

Absolutely horrible! I ordered over a month in advance of when I needed it and it still hasn't shipped. I've been emailing them for weeks and they keep making excuses as to why they haven't shipped it yet. I've had to scramble and spend even more money elsewhere to try and get a costume in time and there no sign they will refund me for the costume they haven't shipped. BEWARE!!

Ordered mid-September for costumes to be done by Halloween. Waited 15 business days and didn't get so much as a tracking number so I emailed them and they said it would ship in five business days. A week before Halloween they admitted it hadn't left the warehouse yet wouldn't arrive so I told them to cancel it and they said they would refund me. They have now sent me 2 costumes from my cancelled order, are sticking me with the 27 dollars in import fees and won't refund the other half of my money unless I ship back the costumes they shouldn't have sent me in the first place. Absolutely horrible service, do not shop here.

I ordered my costumes a month in advanced, followed up when I noticed it didn't ship within two weeks. Was given a guarantee that it would come in time. Followed up again after not hearing anything after a week, and now everything is not coming in time. Their customer service is unreliable I would be careful.

Garbage. Do not order from this website it is a complete scam. They sent me the wrong size of a costume. Not only that but they sent me something extremely poor quality. It had stains on it and the design on the front was already torn and peeling, straight out of the bag. They have refused to give me my money back unless I pay for return shipping, which would cost more than the item itself did.

Basically got scammed. The product I received was a very cheap knockoff of the product that was advertized and it looks downright bad. The item has a fabric than what was shown on the website (it's ridiculously shiny — see pictures for difference between what I received vs. a regular hoodie, as well as the product image), it's very thin and there is a variation in color for the hood. I contacted the seller to confront them about it. They replied that they would refund me if I returned the item (okay, no problem)... however I must cover the shipping fees to China, including a tracking number. This would cost me almost half of what I paid for the item. Again, I have to lose money over the fact that THEY tried to scam me? They refuse to budge regarding the shipping costs, so I pretty much got scammed and ripped off. I most definitely cannot recommend doing business with them. They aren't honest about their products and offer a poor customer service. Keep your money, or go shop elsewhere.

Definitely not recommended. When placing the order, they had guaranteed delivery by a set date, when it arrived late the customer service team was not helpful. As a result, I had to purchase another costume and had to cover the shipping to send it back ($70+usd) in order to get a refund. They did not honor their shipping ‘guarantee’.

I ordered a costume in a men's size small for my son. I ordered the costume size according to the size chart provided on the website. When I received my order, the costume size was not corresponding with the size chart listed on the website. I immediately emailed cossky and sent them picture proof of the mistake. I laid a pair of my son's 30/31 jeans next to the shorts from the costume and clearly the jeans were much larger. The men's small size was listed in the size chart as being able to fit a size 30/31 waist. This is not the case for their men's size small costume. I received an email back stating that they would refund me after I sent back the costume at my expense. Their refund policy states that customers will have to send back costumes at their expense after stating that the mistake may be due to customer error in giving wrong measurements when order a costume for custom fittings. For me this was not the case because I ordered a size they already had a available and the mistake was on cossky for giving the incorrect measures of their costumes on their size guide chart. The costume cost me $117 and the shipping and cheapest rate to return the costume would be at least $80. I, as a customer who has not made a mistake in my order should not have to pay out of pocket anything for them to correct the problem. I was told that maybe I could have a tailor fix the costume which again would cost me more money to pay the tailor and buy extra fabric for all pieces that would not match the original to make it larger. Clearly this is wrong and needs to be corrected and my next step is to claim the charge as fraudulent if they do not correct their error. I am awaiting another email back after multiple emails to see if they will come to see the logic in this issue and simply refund my money.

I ordered two costumes and did not receive them. I have tried to email them three times without answer. Now having to go through Visa to retrieve the money they took from my card.

Ordered from here with high hopes of a good quality costume of Gundham Tanaka for the price I paid. When it arrived a couple weeks after the expected delivery, the package smelt HORRIBLE. It made the whole house smell like a musky, stale odour and made anything it touched smell. Left it out to air out for several hours and still smelt. Had to wash everything 2-3 times and will be needing to spray ferbreeze on it as well. Also emailed the company asking how I could get this smell out and still have not gotten a response from about 2 or so weeks ago. Not to mention the buttons were poorly sewn on and the belt was broken. Incredibly disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again. You’re better off going on a longer search for the right costume.

I had ordered a costume from here before, and it was great. Received it quickly, and was very happy. A couple of years later I needed a new one, and ordered the exact same one. What I received was completely different, although the images showed the same. The material was different, the design, even the color. On top of that, the sizes were mismatched. The pants looked like they would fit a dancer, while the jacket was made for a football player. It is completely unusable. I contacted them about it, and was told that I could return it. However, when going to the Post Office - I found it was going to cost some $90 dollars to return it! I talked to UPS, and they told me that since the mistake was due to Cosplaysky, I should request a return label so they would pay for shipping. Cosplaysky refused, and refused to accept responsibility for their error and false advertising. I would absolutely never buy from them again!

I purchased a costume in January for a party and the website indicates maximum delivery of 8-14 business days however I am still yet to receive my order 30 March to Australia!!! I tried to use the buyer protection function on Paypal after the provider refused to refund my money. The seller provided Paypal with a delivery code but I still haven't received my costume. Definitely not to be trusted and I will never use them again.

This site is a scam. I ordered a costume on the 9th of December. I got an email on the 24th of December saying the order was being fulfilled. The tracking does not show up at all and now it is one week until my event on Feb. 8th and no costume or reponse. I have emailed with no response. I ordered this using a paypal credit so I will be getting my money returned. DO NOT order from this company.

Costume commandé le 6 janvier avec supplément livraison entre 2 et 4 jours; Nous sommes le 17 janvier est en toujours en transit à EAST CHINA AREA - CHINA MAINLAND. et ne sera pas livré avant le 20 janvier. Merci à Cosplysky de ne pas respecter ses délais de livraison et de gâcher ainsi une soirée déguisée .

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY. I had an upcoming convention, 7 months away, I let them know this and ordered a cosplay. It came 2 days before. Broken. Pieces scattered in the box. They didnt do ANYTHING about it when I told them. They told me to leave them alone. I never got a refund.

I received a costume that was too small. Purchased a second one and returned the first. I have the tracking information with confirmation that it was delivered. They refused to acknowledge the return and refund the cost of the first costume.

Quality ok, but my Natsu cosplay has a baby vest in a large skirt. It doesn’t worth the overprice they charge and customer service sucks once they just answer you that you have the right product and period. Wanna change? Pay to send it back to CHINA after pay for $25 delivery... do not buy unless you know 100% it’s gonna fit. There’s no way back and no refund without pay them to get the costume back basically...
