Total ripoff. The supply made was wrong colour and wrong size .of dress ordered on Order#10517. There is no one to talk to and customer service, it appears, is a figment of the company's imagination. I have lost my money to this Chinese(?) company and hope that you read this before you waste your hard earned money. Completely Crooked Company.

Don't believe ANY of the five star reviews on this company. This company is the most dishonest online merchant I've encountered. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY FIVE STAR REVIEWS!!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes, never received them.I then contacted their customerservice some robot told me they were sending me another pair, never did.They already took my money and I have not received a refund yet it's been 8 or so days since I spoke to a real customer service rep.My bank is in dispute with them.Truely this is a very unfair dishonest company in my opinion.Not a good way to keep a customer and do business.

I should have read reviews about this company before purchasing anything. I did receive my items, which were shoes, but they didn't fit and it was my normal size. I requested return shipping address and never got one so I wasted $115. They also communicate via Facebook with this dumb SallyBot app. I didn't have an account so I used a relatives with their permission and it still didn't help. Said my issue was being sent to Live Agent, but no one ever answered. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

To be exact, on April 18th of this year I made a purchase of $182.77 from Cost buys. I’ve got proof of confirmation. Recently I’ve wanted to track my order and was unable to do so. I complained a few times to Cost buys about it and today I get an E-Mail saying I’ve got a gift card for, $182.77. I don’t want a damn gift card, I want the item I ordered! Why does this place exist? I was foolish and didn’t read the reviews before I made my purchase! This place is the worst when it comes to Consumer Fraud!! I’ve got one last thing to say, BUYER BEWARE!!!

THE WORST SHOP EVER! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a bedding set in the beginning of December. When I placed the order it didn’t show the amount I was going to pay, it was appeared after I submitted it. It costed $100! For a bedding set! 2 pillowcases and a duvet cover made from polyester FROM CHINA! I contacted customer service right away - I don’t want to spend my money on this poor quality - it’s expensive! They told me they couldn’t cancel it and I would need to return when I got it. I got my order in the end of January and returned it right away to the address in China they provided. So I sent them the receipt - no respond. Now it’s been almost 3 MONTHS since I returned it and I’m still waiting for my refund. They don’t answer my emails or just keep saying that they will contact the supplier...and then nothing...silence. I tried to call them on the phone they have on the website - there’s only a voicemail. Not even their new bot Sally is helpful! I paid $100 for the order + $35 for the shipping to China + MY TIME AND NERVES. THE WORST PLACE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Deceptive company. The shipment update email (which came about a month after ordering)misleads you to believe it's departing from CA. It's a Chinese company. Mid-March and I haven't received my shoe order placed on January 11th...And a rep lied to me last week stating that the items were in transit. Turns out It's still being processed. I called Amex to refund my money. NEVER order from here, guy!

Sooooo disappointed. Ordered sandals which took TWO MONTHS to arrive. The site makes it look like they ship from California, but really it’s China. Style of sandals was cute, and fit was good. However, these were advertised as leather, and the sandals I received were VERY cheap looking, thin plastic!! Will never order from this site again. Wish I’d read all the other negative reviews.

I bought a winter jacket but the sizing was way off... I expected a X-Large because I sometimes layer but the jacket, although marked X-Large, fit more like a small medium. Watch for size issue on winter jackets.

TERRIBLE experience. I paid for a coat over one month ago and it still hasn't arrived. They are great at returning an email but not delivering your product. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Still haven't seen the junk I got suckered into buying off your site. It's been over 20days now and it is still not shown as moving. I don't no what is going on but if I would of known this is how your site costbuys operates I would not of wasted my time. I will never ever buy anything from your site again and I am letting everyone know just how much your site sucks. I have never hated a site as much as I hate your and I will be posting this for any and everyone to see so they don't get sucked into getting any of your junk. At this point all I want is my money back so I can get it from someone who want to deliver it to me. Thanks for nothing

I placed an order for an 2XXL rain coat. The coat is thin, cheap fabric and would fit a 12 year old girl; not a woman. I am trying to return for refund. Went to website and when you try to fill in their contact information, it will not let you. I emailed them and they referred me to the contact form. I will NEVER buy from them again.

I placed my order over a month ago. I tried calling them but only heard an answering machine. Then I sent them an email about my order. The next day my fone automatically Rejected a call from Burundi, AFRICA!!! This truly proves that the California address they claim they’re from is none other than a PO BOX!!! I warn u DoNot order from them. If u placed your order w/PayPal you’ll get refunded immediately. They need to be PERMANENTLY removed from the web!

This company is awful. I had not received my item for over a month, then they sent the wrong item. After making at least a dozen calls and leaving a dozen voicemails, leaving a dozen unreturned emails I contacted PayPal. After the file was claimed I finally heard from the company wanting me to ship the item to China!! I luckily had to return to California which still cost me $11 to ship. They then contact me wanting me to remove a bad review. I am glad I paid through PayPal so I did get my money back- please read these other reviews bc others have not been so lucky

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!!! Their address is a post office mail box and not an actual store. If you are having issues with the company like I am, her name is Chloe Avena and her email is calvin.chloe@outlook.com they emailed me today trying to get me to remove my bad review on google and the BBB.

I bought a rug online at Costbuys and a few days later I received a gift certificate in the amount of the rug. I was not asked if I wanted a gift and I have had zero luck getting my money returned to my debit card. I spoke to a live person on the phone once and have left several emails and voicemails asking for resolution. This is the worst customer service that I’ve run into. I am still waiting for my money to be returned but if not, I will look into taking further action.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRADULENT COMPANY THAT RIPS PEOPLE OFF! You WILL NOT get any customer service, you WILL NOT get your order in less than a month even if you pay the FORTY DOLLARS for express shipping. The orders are sent from CHINA! The website says you get a refund if you return your item within 30 days of PLACING your order. How can you return the item within 30 days if the item takes 39 days to be delivered???? Unless you want to be scammed, DO NOT ORDER FROM TJIS COMPANY!!

2 months and still getting the same emails when I ask where my order is... the phone number goes straight to voicemail with no answering machine pretty sure I got scammed
