“The communication time following the extra I paid for Royal Mail tracked 24 was totally inaccurate and misleading from Royal Mail and to further spoil the anticipation of receiving my delivery, the packaging box had been badly torn and the contents visible, and the delivery person placed the box in such a way that this was not visible to me on delivery. I suspect this was caused through the box being caught in the distribution machinery as the top was also dented, but not ripped open. Fortunately with the garment being in a plastic bag there was no apparent damage. This is the fist time I have bought online, and the coat is true to colour, as in the photo and not the ivy swatch, and is really lovely, it was such a shame that Royal Mail let both Cotswold & me down. I have other Cotswold garments which are just as lovely as this winter coat which are finished to a very high standard.”

“I love my Kilt - it fits well and looks fab.
Slight annoyance in that I paid full price for it, even after talking to customer services about the "new account" £10 offer, to be sent an email the days after the skirt arrived saying it had gone in the sale for £70 less and available in my size. I wish I had waited a week!
