“I'm sure my jacket is very nice. Alas, for the time being it seems to be trapped in the warehouse of a business here in Switzerland that allegedly exists to facilitate e-commerce. It's now been there for seven days and the Swiss postal service is still waiting for it to be released so that they can send it to me. I have, of course, paid for it long ago, but so far, none of the three businesses involved seems able or willing to tell me why I still haven't received it and when - or if - I might. I shall review the jacket itself later ... if it ever reaches me. This one-star review concerns the delivery 'service' only.”

“As usual I am very pleased with my purchases. I like the quality and the classic styles suit me. Once ordered I do not have to wait long for delivery and it is very convenient having items delivered to the local Post Office as I do not like parcels left on the door step. There are no problems with returns and refunds. An excellent service.”

“Received an email stating I would receive another when item dispatched. This was never received which resulted in me making contact after a few days wondering when I might expect the item, which in the end arrived the same day.”
