“Always good quality but I usually only buy in the sale now as I really cannot afford to pay full price.
I would mention that I always have a look and often buy when I receive notification from you of the sale. Then about a week later when I have viewed, ordered and received I receive your sale booklet through the post. I think that, if you cannot get your booklets to folk when the sale starts, it is a waste of your money and probably doesn't help many folk who do not have the internet as the best will be gone.”

“Communication regarding delivery date is almost not existent. There is an email saying the package was shipped but no more emails or information added to the website regarding delivery dates or tracking numbers. I have no idea when to expect delivery of the black skirt I ordered.”

“The communication time following the extra I paid for Royal Mail tracked 24 was totally inaccurate and misleading from Royal Mail and to further spoil the anticipation of receiving my delivery, the packaging box had been badly torn and the contents visible, and the delivery person placed the box in such a way that this was not visible to me on delivery. I suspect this was caused through the box being caught in the distribution machinery as the top was also dented, but not ripped open. Fortunately with the garment being in a plastic bag there was no apparent damage. This is the fist time I have bought online, and the coat is true to colour, as in the photo and not the ivy swatch, and is really lovely, it was such a shame that Royal Mail let both Cotswold & me down. I have other Cotswold garments which are just as lovely as this winter coat which are finished to a very high standard.”
