When I sent back the unwanted jacket its cost was refunded to my account without delay. I found the telephone ladies were friendly and helpful. All in all, well done Cotswold Collections!”

“COMPLAINT:-I had to speak to your cusotmer service today regarding an order which i had not received even though royal mail said they had delivered it. The lady i spoke to was very rude and not at all helpful . when i asked to speak to another member of the staff she started to shout at me. SHOCKING!!! . i have been a loyal and longterm client of yours for many years - and i am really upset at the manner in whch this lady handled my concern of missing parcel. she was in a great hurry to finish the call. This member of staff will loose your company clients - which would be a shame as your clothing is very nice. I look forward to your response to the above.”

I am very sorry to hear about your experience when contacting our customer service team. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I apologise for any upset caused.
In relation to your order, I have looked into this and it appears there may have been some confusion regarding the expected delivery date of 28th March. The order was placed on the evening of 30th March, and I can see from the tracking information that it has now been delivered.
If you have not received the parcel, please do let me know and I will be happy to investigate this further for you.

“I was excited to discover Cotswold Collections about five years ago. I value the classic, timeless designs, the high quality fabrics and especiallly the gorgeous flowered summer skirts. I just bought my sixth! I appreciate that the shirts are sold in two lengths. As I'm average height, the shorter length looks much more flattering on me.
I like the way the website gives information on in stock, low stock and out of stock items. I have always found the service excellent.”

“Very good products I buy quite a lot but am restricted on trousers as 29 too short 311/2 too long.Also tops mostly three quarter length sleeves which do not suit me.I am happy with what I an buy as it is well made and good quality.ity”
