“The blouse I chose was beautiful but unfortunately I thought it buttoned down the front with a soft pleat covering the buttons but it didn't. So sadly I had to return it as I cannot pull a blouse over my head I need a button up one. Thank you.”

“Very easy to order and delivery is always reliable. For the outer coat I ordered for my wife, it was exactly as described. However I had not made allowance for the thickness of other clothing that might be worn with this coat so it has been returned with a request for a larger size.
