“The website showed the item wanted in stock for dispatch but I wasn't given any delivery option apart from the standard delivery, which is free, and says 3-4 days. I placed the order expecting the item to be shipped either that day or the next but it wasn't. My order continued to show 'in processing' over the weekend but now showed a 6-8 day delivery timescale. This meant it would not arrive in the required time and so I cancelled the order. I emailed to cancel and get a refund. Response was quick to email. Refund I am still waiting for...”

“First of all the service we recieved instore on our first visit was very good. I bought a pair of walking boots for myself and my wife ordered a pair for delivery. When delivered my wifes boots were the wrong size. When I rang the shop I was basically told that they were the right size despite them not fitting my wifes foot and the only option was to make the 440km round trip to return the boots, yet on the website Cotswold outdoor state that they will refund postage costs if I was to post them back and an email to Cotswold Outdoor UK confirmed this.”

“They sent two pairs of Hanweg shoes to the Chichester store so I could try an 8.5 and a 9. I bought the 9s and I'm able to wear them indoors for days to make sure they are a good fit; if they are not I can simply return them for a full refund. And we git a discount as members of the Caravan Club.”
