“The item arrived broken. I have emailed and left an answerphone message but still haven’t heard back. I wish to return the goods and receive a refund. I do not expect to be charged for postage. Your early reply would be appreciated. Anne Purdon”

Hello Anne, sorry to read your review. Since this is not the way we treat customers I have checked our emails right away. I can see we got your email on the 30.11 to which we replied on the 2.12 apologising for the damaged toy (couriers issue) stating we are going to replace your toy, therefore your review stating you have not heard back is misleading. We are in the process of arranging a replacement toy for you as advised. Kind regards CT&I.

“I help to run a Church toddler group and recently we received a gift to help replace some of our tired and 'well loved' toys that were on the brink! I stumbled across Cottage Toys in my search to find some classic, beautiful wooden pieces. We ordered an incredible dinosaur island, a chunky 'toddler proof' farm barn and the cutest chicken coop you'll see. (I had to remove some of the smallest items for our age group - and I must admit this was a self-indulgent puchase... it was really so cute looking I couldn't not order it!) Everything was delivered in lovely condition, lots of email updates about when it was coming and we are thrilled with the quality of these pieces. For a deprived part of town, these new toys will feel very special to our families. Would order from here again and found some items £10 cheaper than Amazon!”

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We always try and dispatch our orders as quickly as possible. Since we have our own warehouse and do not use a fulfilment centre, we are able to get our range of toys to our customers quicker than Amazon :) Look forward to seeing you again soon!
