“Could not supply plant I ordered because of problem with stock levels. Was not sure how long I would have to wait before they would be ordering again. Accepted alternative. The lady I dealt with about this was vey pleasant. Unfortuately when this arrived one of stems was wobbly.”

“Dispatch and delivery was super quick. Communication poor. Needed to return the product for several reasons. Emailed the company to advise as per their returns terms and conditions but no reply was forthcoming.”

“We do love Cottage Toys but when we put together the product (Le Grande Garage) realised that it was not the correct one with a pull down level on the side. Our other garages have broken with the twist mechanism so wanted to buy this one but it wasn’t clear from the pictures that this wasn’t the newest version with the pull down lever for the car lift.”

“Beautiful looking kitchen and my wee girl absolutely loves playing with it. Was super quick at delivery too! One piece of wood split when screwing, however, customer service was great and they sent a replacement piece for the wood that split. 😊”

Hi Ayodeji. I have looked into your order and tracking and can see we sent it on a next day service however the driver did not deliver the parcel as it was rescheduled. Unfortunately at this time the drivers are very busy and can only assume he did not have time. We will process the refund for the next day costs for you and apologise for the delay in reply to your email, we are working through all emails and it is taking a little longer at the moment to reply due to the current time of the year.

Hello Jacquie, thank you for your review. We have in fact this week launched a campaign for a reduction in plastic used in our packaging. On checkout customers now have the option to specify if this is a gift and we will only use bubble in these instances to protect product boxes. The only plastic packaging we purchase is a bio degradable air cushion which is coloured green. We do however sometimes receive plastic air pouches from our suppliers shipments to us and we reuse these in our shipments so they are not discarded after just one use. We also believe strongly in a reduction of using unnecessary plastic packaging. Further information can be found on our delivery page with regards to our reduction in plastic waste.

“I ordered from u guys for the carlo’s gelato-le toy van product as my little one wanted it for her bday and because the delivery charge was a lot I decided to add few bits to the order to make it worth it after waiting awhile for the delivery to cum the day b4 I received it I got an email to say that item wasn’t available and I’d b refunded for it which was very disappointing because on your website it’s still available to order and to reorder it it wud cost more then it’s worth”

Thank you for your feedback. We have followed this up and we are so sorry there was a mix up on the image on our website and the wooden trike you received differed slightly since it was a updated model, this has now been rectified. As per our phone conversation we did offer for a full refund and to collect the toy at your earliest convenience however you were happy to keep the toy. If there is anything else we can help you with please do not hesitate to contact us.
