“time to leave a review. took me some time because it took some time for the order to arrive. the whisky is great drank half the bottle already. price was super cheap for quality. definitely will buy again if they redo sales. the only thing i didnt like was dpd. always had probably with that company”

“Pretty poor experience overall. I ordered 7 bottles of spirits because they had a flash sale on. The website said if I order within 30 minutes they would dispatch the items same day. This never happened. Having looked at the other bad reviews, this concerned me, so I used the contact form on the website to enquire whether there was an issue with the order. No one replied, and by the looks of it, they probably never will. I don't think anyone's monitoring the emails. The order was dispatched 2 days later on a supposed next day service but that was not the case either. I received it today (4 days later) and one of the items is missing. I won't even bother to chase this up as I know I will not get a response. It was only a tonic water priced at £1.35 which I only added to get free delivery for spending over £100. Unfortunatley the 10% discount for subscribing is misleading too. Using it removes the free delivery and adds a £5 delivery charge. Pretty poor when you've spent £100. Overall a poor and misleading experience. I wouldn't trust them with another order.”
