“I placed an order 1/6/24 and never received my items. I have only received a confirmation of purchase email, saying they would let me know when it’s on the way, ideally within 24 hours, with a 3-5 day delivery estimate. I have sent several emails, filled in their online form, and tried their phone number but no one has replied to me. This was a gift for someone so this whole experience is very disappointing.”

“After placing my order,I have realised ,that the item I have ordered ,was much cheaper somewhere else. I have send a message twice, to cancel the order,but I have received a reply,the order has not been cancelled and I had the item deliverer today Not happy,very poor customer service (in fact ,non existing customer service)”

“Placed an order for some whisky glasses then realised they were far too small. Tried to cancel within a couple of ours of ordering as they were not despatched. So being a small business you'd think that they would have picked up email. No sent out anyway. Poor service.”
