They have unique products, however, when you have a problem, there’s literally no where you can go to get assistance. You’re on your own.

the plates warp easy the magnetic plate warp and bend lossing the magntic .lets other dies slip on to each other .very hard to use difficut to load .had to buy another set of plates and magnetic plate .after just 2 months. not a good machine for everday crafter.

I own literally thousands of dollars of crafters products. Was a loyal customer and am a platinum member many times over. I have a running dialog with customer service. I received a notification from us customs that I owed duties on my products from crafters. Notified cs. Excuses. Have 4 outstanding orders. Then they finally told me that one order was returned to sender. It contained an og, gold flakes and dotty tape pens. Now they are telling me they are out of dotty tape pens. Why would they unpack a shipment, remove my dotty tape pens...and still not send the rest on. Bought 2 of their sentiment specials at 80 each only one was sent. Was told one would be sent out immediately. Still nothing. Waiting for them to tell me they're sold out since it was just made a part of January sale. Sara, you need to stay home and remember who made you popular enough to write a book and do a book tour. In business, the top and bottom aren't that far apart. You also need to keep in mind loyal customers watch and save these shows. When you say a product has never been offered at this low a price....it should be true. That's not even addressing the treatment platinum customers are SUPPOSED to receive or the huge discrepancy in the conversion rates. You might want to reevaluate your business plan. Upsetting your American customer base isn't a good idea. Stamping Up thought they were the only game in town and have now had to realize American crafters are quite savy with the internet.

I ordered the Sara Signature Box - Birthday Celebrations on Oct 22, 2022 two days before it premiered. I got everything in my order but this item. I have tried to contact crafters companion requesting my order now I just want a refund and they are not responding. I have tried this via their website twice. I have tried to contact the US phone number but all you get is a voice message. This is beyond ridiculous. We shouldn't have to go thru hoops to get an item they had no problem taking my money for. They only have an issue sending the item. There is no excuse for my not receiving this item as I ordered it prior to it going live.

I ordered several Totally Tiffany products on Oct 25th. It is now several weeks later and no word. I contacted them by email and got a generic response. I just called and of course had to leave a message. They said it might be up to three days before they get back to me. For the amount they charge for things they really need to hire more people!!! Things is ridiculous!

I will never buy from this company again. They discontinued the foil press without any explanation. I posted on fB that the only way you get a reply. Everybody gets the same reply from them iF you get a reply. Sounds like there will be no updated version coming of foil press. Do not buy one. I will not buy any of their products again.

This company is ripping off their loyal customers: 1) They continue to boast expedited full tracked shipping to the US, yet everything comes First Class Mail causing orders to take over a month. 2) They over charge non UK customers, recently an item was advertised as platinum $47.97 pounds and $73.44 US that’s over $10 of the actual conversion amount of $62.44 for usd. 3) “Live chat” staff continuously brush off comments about wrong prices, bad shipping, etc to contact customer services. The US line is never answered and emails go sometimes weeks before being answered. Many many customer complaints are removed from their pages.

Really bad stamps. I tried more than once. I purchased two sets of layering stamps and was so excited to receive them only to be super disappointed by the results. They had great stickiness but once stamped, even when restamped, the outcome was def subpar and a huge disappointment and since you have to pay return shipping, I am basically left with something I paid for that I will never be able to use. I will not be buying from them ever again.

I’m located in the US, when I started buying directly from CC I would get me orders in a one week time as advertised by the annoying infomercial they show multiple times a day. Now who knows when a package will arrive. They never provide accurate shipping information for US customers and now allow DHL to deliver all of the packages via ground to be delivered by USPS. I currently have an order that shipped on 9/3/21 and it’s in limbo has been for weeks. So much for Platinum “express” shipping.

I've had a very bad experience with Crafter's Companion. a few years ago I bought all the Spectrum Noir products and earned points for item and discounts. Now my points are gone and they will not reply to my emails regarding this problem.

My order arrived missing items. After I've sent multiple emails and Facebook messages to both their USA and UK customer service addresses, as well as messaged Facebook, and asked for assistance on their live chat during their sales shows, no one has replied, and the issue has not been addressed or resolved. At this point, they have committed theft by taking my payment and not providing the items I've purchased. Crafter's Companion has shown themselves to be a dishonest company and I've yet to see proof that they even provide customer service at all.

I have been having nothing but problems with CC and I am terribly disappointed. I had purchased the Gemini cut and Emboss machine a while back and had problems from the start. The plug kept falling out. they did replace the plug after they initially said nothing was wrong, but did not test my machine with the original plug sent with the machine from CC.. A few months ago I tried to cut a christina Griffiths simple rectangular border die -- for a layer to a 5 x 7 card. I used my purple base plate, the magnetic shim and a brand new clear cutting plate on top. The machine jammed big time. I actually heard a hard crack. I tried the reverse function -- to hold down the pause button for 10 seconds and the sound of the machine was horrifying. The plates are still stuck in that machine. I called the U.S. Customer service and spoke with their manager. I asked her if they would repair my machine. First she tells me that I shouldnt hae used an "off brand" die -- and that I had used the wrong sandwich. We are not talking an intricate die here. I said they tell you on HSN on air this machine will work with "any" die -- they don't tell you to use a different sandwich. She then tells me it is "right in the directions on page 4." I said I looked at the pictures not the teeny print in their booklets. When I asked if they would repair my machine. She told me, "we do not repair the Gemini Machine!" Really? Is she kidding me? I demanded that she put me in touch with Sara Davies and still haven not heard back. So I popped off a e-mail to Sara along with photo's of my now very expensive Gemini Cut & Emboss Machine paper weight! I have had other issues with them and to be honest they are not very friendly any more. I think they got too big for their britches and don't give a damn about their existing customers. I have spent pretty close to a thousand dollars with them and I would hope even if I spent less, they should have respect for their customers. I am always a Pollyanna and hope that Sara or someone will make this right. Crossing fingers. They should stand behind their products and help when help is needed. They should not treat us like an inconvenience. So so sad! You asked how I communicated with the company I did by both phone and e-mail as stated above. Also cannot answer that they responded to your second question either -- I am still waiting!

I ordered two packets of the 4 pocket storage page and got sent two packets of dividers. I have sent several emails about this and have gotten no response. Poor service and unreliable.

I was board with my machines wanted the gemni die cut machine couldn't find anywhere but I found it doing some looking around in paid more for it but I got it from oriental trading all was in the box, but made a mistake so had to order other plates from the u k what a mess nothing let it's been 1 full week they suck

Crafters companion shipping from the UK is the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered several times and few order’s were correct. Many missing items. Will not order again and urge others not to order as well.

First and Last time I will ever order from CC.....received my shipment today minus one Stamp and Die set.....the paperwork had it marked off like it was included in shipment....I called customer service to advise of missing item.....Yes we are all make mistakes sometimes....but what got me was the lack of an apology for the error.....Rep informed me a replacement will be sent in approx 2 to 3 weeks and have a good day.....I asked male rep so no apology....he then in turns states sorry for the inconvenience...smh....apology should of been automatic...

FYI I ordered from Crafters Companion website on January 9th. I have not received my order. After speaking with customer service, I am told that ALL orders ship from the UK. And, was told that nowhere on the website, nor during the process of ordering, nor on the invoice that the order is shipping from the UK, and not from the U.S. I never would have even considered placing this order had I been notified, had the chance to read, or known that ordering from a “US” website would have my order shipped from the UK. I have nothing against the UK. I don’t like to wait for an order I spent 65.00 on for that long.

Once, but never again! This is the first time I've had to write a review like this, because up to now I've only had good experiences. Some weeks ago this company through their TV show Crafters TV had a really nice deal: buy the Gemini machine and get $70 of free stamps, dies etc. The perfect birthday present for my upcoming birthday, or so I thought. I was a little bit reluctant buying an expensive machine online from a foreign country, but I decided to take a chance. The fact that in the TV shows the CC people come across as friendly and reliable absolutely helped! So I went ahead and I orederd my machine online during the 9th of July TV show. When I opened the box on my birthday however there was only the machine and not the extra items. I reported this to CC via mail, thinking this was a mistake and would soon be set right. The reply I was sent 10 (!) days later was a terrible disappointment and left me feeling like I was conned. I was told in a curt, matter of fact kind of way that in order to receive the offer I should have used a special order number that's shown on TV. The problem with that is that it is never mentioned during the show that it's only if you do so that you'll be getting the extra products. On the contrary, the emphasis is totally on the free extra products you'll be receiving. This is the first time I've ordered from this company and I won't be buying from them again due to their appalling customer service. I've stopped watching Crafters TV, because what seems to be a customer friendly attitude appears to be quite frankly 'fake'. I also encourage people from the Netherlands if they want to buy CC items to buy through representatives in the Netherlands. I've had good experiences buying from them. I sincerely hope my Gemini machine won't break down on me any time soon, because I have very little confidence in the service I'll be receiving.

I ordered individual Classique Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers. The previous style of marker is not available and Classique feels very cheaply made, although the caps do open easier which is a plus. I ordered 47 markers and they sent three I didn’t order and didn’t send two I DID order. When I told customer service, they said they would have the two missing ones sent to me but it would be 4 weeks before they would ship! Their shipping was s-l-o-w to start with, and tracking was with some company even google didn’t recognize. I was going to buy a new die cut machine -a Gemini- but after this, I don’t want anything to do with such a poorly run company.

I'm mostly concerned and cross about the Angel Policy on Sheena Douglas stamps I think the policy should be removed from her stamps that have been copied and reworked We purchased them so now WE should be allowed to use them as we like with no restrictions. I am also intrigued to see who else does this with images taken from elsewhere!? I won't be buying her stamps anymore because of the Angel policy Crafters Companion should do the honourable thing now and look after their customers....Remove the Angel Policy on copied and reworked Sheena Douglas stamps PLEASE Thank you
