I rang them because I had baliffs at my door. I rang them they took my income I signed a few papers was then asked for my long number on my card. I felt very uncomfortable giveinggiving this out. So I told them I didn't want to do it. 4 months later I have payed the baliffs myself. And got a very threating letter off this company threating all sorts. I received no service off them at all and am still getting letters off my creditors. Am seaching for some advice on how to stop this happening to other people. Not happy at all

Good afternoon, I am really sorry to hear about the problems you have had. Correspondence from Creditors is normal as they are obliged to send you annual statements, however if these are demands for payment then we are able to resolve this, all we need to know if who is doing this and we will contact them on your behalf to discuss. Nightmare trying to contact them and very confusing as each time I actually do. Get told one thing made us happy because of the guy we spoke to who assured us that everything was going ok. No further contact for 4 weeks and when we rang them again back to square one. I received a £900+ tax rebate because I have been ill and haven't workrd since Nov 30th 2015 and was told I could have some of this rebate back for household repairs... not received anything. We set the IVA up with Mitchell Farrar but recently been transferred to Credit Fix....unluckily for us.

Like many started well but don't hear nothing from them. Communication is extremely poor and trying to contact them on the phone is a night mare

I now just pay credit fix a fixed payment each month and no longer have to pay hundreds of pounds each month to several different creditors.

Brillient company would fully recommend the staff are amazing very helpful caring and understanding , Abdul was so polite I'm over the moon that you could help me start to get my prioritys in order a huge weight feels like it's been lifted thank you x debbie x

It's been really difficult with Creditfix to get help! On a number of occasions we have called to say that creditors were still calling and sending us letters but no one bothered to help us! There are better organisation like Creditfix but unfortunately we are stuck with you and it's been a nightmare!

My payment never goes out on time every month I have to contact them to ask why my dd has not bee taken, very poor service. Four months in and still getting mail saying no payments have been received from my creditors.

They expect me to ring all my creditors instead of them doing it I am also paying twice to the creditors and to them I am still getting bailiffs and letters and all they say is it will be sorted hut it never is

From the initial phone call to their finanicial advisor meeting myself it has taken a weight off my mind and now all the other letters/calls I was getting have stopped thanks to Credit Fix.

Excellent service they talked us through our options and we were able to contact them quickly and easily if we had any questions about our application.They really helped when we were in a very difficult place and having a very hard time.Would recommend if you are struggling with your finances and looking for options.

although I'm grateful for Creditfix to help me I have to say they don't explain things very well. so my advice is when they send documentation make sure you go through it properly as there are things they DO NOT explain . sorry creditfix just being honest.

From the moment I made the enquiry I have been fast tracked through the tunnel to the light at the end with the utmost compassion and professionalism. This is the best thing I've ever done. Three years ago I had savings and a life. A couple of bad decisions later and my finances were running away from me at a rate I couldn't control. After months of worry and sleepless nights I am now starting to relax and planning to start living again. Yes I feel guilty but I'm not the first and I don't expect I'll be the last. With the help of these brilliant people I am finally starting to smile again.
