“I'll be straightforward. I'm giving Creditfix a 2-star rating because they mostly do what they promise, but there are some issues. They consolidate your debts and set up an IVA, which is good. However, my experience has changed over the years. Initially, I spoke to friendly people in Scotland who explained everything and I felt looked after, but now it's with international folks, and sometimes their accents make it hard to understand, and can come across that they don't really understand the full process or care that much. The big problem came after I made my last IVA payment. I got no information—no emails, no letters. I emailed them, got a generic response, and had to call twice. They said I'd have to wait 3 to 6 months for clearance, which is ridiculous. I should have at least received an email in the last month explaining everything. So, if you go with Creditfix for an IVA, don't expect good communication, and be ready to wait 3 to 6 months to confirm your IVA is done. It's frustrating.”

“I had been to at least 8 finance companies and was turned down by all of them due to my bad report. I gave up on buying a new house. “Hackwest at Writeme dot Com did magic with my credit report. It was seeming like an impossible task to have tried with Lexington law and one other group I met online; two weeks after I contacted HACK West everything changed with my report, my score raised to 780 from low 540 and the collections, charge offs and other derogatory information were erased completely. “I needed help removing a judgment for a car that was included in my bankruptcy. It disappeared for about 5 years and later for some reason I can’t tell it popped up again. “I started working with HACK WEST to repair some of the issues I had on my credit report. I had some stubborn items on my report that I wasn't confident about getting removed. I had another company that I worked with try to remove some of these items with no success.
