Against my better judgment, I clicked a $1 transaction button to receive the tokens. Unfortunately, it drained my wallet. I know I should have been more careful, but these scams are getting more sophisticated. I’m definitely not the first victim, and sadly, I won’t be the last. Technology really needs to be safer by default before it reaches end users. There should be a way to report and freeze scammers' addresses. Phantom wallet, for instance, should show a clear message before approving a full wallet withdrawal. A wallet shouldn’t be open to anyone sending spam NFTs or microtransactions to track me.
