“I’ve had the worst 4 years so far with creditfix, I had a call in 2020 during the pandemic when I was at my lowest, from a man with an Asian accent, claiming to be ‘Chris’. Who told me they can get me out of debt & relieve the stress & worry. And the main selling point, was that I can apply to have my IVA written off within a few payments. They came back & told me I owed nearly double what I thought, to creditors I’d never heard of. At the time I was depressed & at the lowest point of my life, so I didn’t think about it & agreed. This company then told me they would pass my details on to creditfix & then would only be contactable by WhatsApp. They then changed the goal posts & said laws have changed so they can’t write my IVA off early, then low & behold they go missing & can’t contact them anymore. Creditfix started off really helpful, but in the last year or so, I’ve had minimal contact, can never get hold of anyone on the phone & in January they just put my payments up without my review being done. It took me weeks, multiple calls & emails to even speak to anybody. Wish I never started this it’s been utter hell I’d like to know why creditfix allow these third party companies to give them your details exactly?”

“Worst company no communication what so ever I’m now 72 payments in and still wanting to extend to another 12month even though Iv emailed them 5 month ago with evidence of my income going down by £595 a month.Iv struggled so much just trying to make payment Iv had to get rid of my car what I use for work because I couldn’t afford mot and repaired this company show not one bit of empathy none English speaking so language barrier is hard to understand what they are saying Stay well away from this company”

“My debt is £ 14000 and they told me my monthly contribution will be £110. I downloaded their app, they want me to sign an agreement, so that they can trap me, plus they keep bombarding me daily with reminders "sign it, sign it". Their total fees are £4500 as stated in agreement +15% of something that I can't remember what it is. I know it will increase, as I'm going to start work soon and the 50% increase will not be fully going toward the debt, but also into their pockets again. PLEASE, DO NOT GET DRAWN INTO IT. They want to get richer by exploiting vulnerable people. They prey on your desperation, fear and depression.”

“I'll be straightforward. I'm giving Creditfix a 2-star rating because they mostly do what they promise, but there are some issues. They consolidate your debts and set up an IVA, which is good. However, my experience has changed over the years. Initially, I spoke to friendly people in Scotland who explained everything and I felt looked after, but now it's with international folks, and sometimes their accents make it hard to understand, and can come across that they don't really understand the full process or care that much. The big problem came after I made my last IVA payment. I got no information—no emails, no letters. I emailed them, got a generic response, and had to call twice. They said I'd have to wait 3 to 6 months for clearance, which is ridiculous. I should have at least received an email in the last month explaining everything. So, if you go with Creditfix for an IVA, don't expect good communication, and be ready to wait 3 to 6 months to confirm your IVA is done. It's frustrating.”
