Have bean passed over to You very recently ( sadly ) by Knightsbridge , who were , and still are Brilliant , Helpful and always kept their promises . Within three days You have let Me down twice . I phoned You and was on hold for just under eight and a half minutes , then an electronic voice said ' Goodbye ' then Your line hung up on me I finally got through to You just one day ago and was ' promised ' by Your male colleague that He would phone Me back today at ten am whilst My Outreach Helper was with Me in case I got confused , which I do because of My Brain injury . We waited until twenty past ten then 'I' phoned You up and 'AGAIN ' was 'Promised ' that Colin would phone Me back this afternoon .. I waited until twenty past nine this evening AND STILL WAITING ... Nothing from You in calling Me ... You wan't Me to maybe 'introduce ' a Friend to Your company ? ... No No No Way ... If I was aloud I would spread on media how Bad You are ... But I won't Sully to Your standards

This company is very poor with communication. They have failed to respond to, or even acknowledge, letters or emails. If you telephone you are not left feeling reassured that they are actively progressing matters. I was originally with Mitchell Farrar whose service was very good but then Creditfix took over and the experience has not been a happy one.

Rude on the phone and ignore countless emails. All very stressful since IVA was took over from Knightsbridge, feel like I'm being pestered again or extorted. Just want the IVA to run its course.

Credit fix is a joke took over from Knightsbridge . With creditfix you can't get them on phone . They send wrong paper work . Rude on live chat and don't reply . What a shitty company

Firstly I receive a text message, which I discarded as I receive many from various credit recovery services. Then I received a letter saying that Knightsbridge are no longer looking after my IVA, which only has a year to run. When I contacted your customer services, I did not feel as though the agent had a clue what he was doing and eventually I was passed over to an other department, only to be told that I owe £5774.50 in arrears ! I have never been told of this, sent letters or asked to pay this amount, because I don't owe it. And that I would have to pay whatever you say I owe and that the IVA will stay in place until. Repay every penny! Three years ago was I diagnosed with prostrate cancer and had surgery, I have had some payment breaks they amount to 12 months payments. I had previously asked Knightbridge to contact my creditors and ask that my original date for the end of my IVA be allowed Then this morning I receive an e mail saying that my IVA chairperson advises me my IVA has been deneighed and that I face bankruptcy or money management payments this was dates Jan 2013 ! I was not with you then and indeed did not know of your existence. I was told this was sent in error this is just a circus I have been made to feel extreamly vonerable and upset. I was also told that I would have to produce letters confirming that I have cancer, these I supplied to Knightsbridge along with all my sick notes, really is this how you treat sick people ? I've been made to feel very depressed, upset, concerned and I'm now very worried about this situation? My experience seems to be mirrored by others too. I want this mess sorting out please

I had my IVA with Knightsbridge I have 12 payments left & now this move over. To say I’m concerned is an understatement I had no correspondence from creditfix informing me of this change over. I called them after the texts I was receiving I thought it was just sales. They explained everything to me but the woman I spoke to talked over all I had to ask then at the end of the conversation prominently asked me if I was a home owner as at the end of the IVA this would be taken into consideration. This was explained to knightsbridge 4 years ago !!! To say I’m not happy with this is an understatement & I’m now very concerned about my house. Up to now I’m not filling out any correspondence from them I’m not impressed with The way this swop over has been handled it isn’t as though we don’t pay for their services to help us. !!! Not impressed .........

With Knightsbridge insolvency and had an email saying creditfix had taken a payment. Had to do some digging to find out they have taken over Knightsbridge. Some correspondence would have been nice to say you had taken over. I have 13 months left on my IVA. Hope this changeover will not affect it!

i was with knightsbridge payments were 30th every month i noticed payment hadnt come out,phoned knightsbridge and paid over phone and told creditfix has taken over,then got text from creditfix saying im in arreas a day later even thou its stating creditfix took the payment on 30th,i have had no letter or aything to say its taken over from knightsbridge,its now on statement as creditfix if i hadnt of phoned knights bridge id be wondering who creditfix is and worrying,

Initially credit fix was all milk and honey, sorting out my finances but then their agents started to become very rude over the phone threatening if I don’t keep my payments everything I paid so fair I would lose and I would go to court , no a bit of understanding ir trying to find a solution their agents are worse than most creditors , already in process to raise complaints woth obdusman

I have an IVA with Knightsbridge, 2 weeks ago i sent all relevant documents for full and final offer, in the last year i have developed heart complications, got told my IVA is now with creditfix, spoke 2 different people and all my hard documents seems to have vanished, i was told to email, i have, no reply, the only email i have got is one telling my i have missed a payment, phoned back again to be told, oh sorry it was a mistake, then got told you were working on my final offer, but what happened to what i set in motion nearly 2 weeks ago? Credfix were great initially sorting out my IVA but declared some personal Injury money 3 weeks ago, no response to emails, if you call get told you need to email. Just want to know if they are going to take the money. I am bad with money hence the IVA in the first place, makes me nervous to keep this money for a long period of time. No customer service at all from credfix after iniatially being so helpful. Disappointing

This review is from the children of a deceased credit fix customer, his initial £44,000 debt only had 18months to run , he'd had 2 or 3 PPI payments which reduced his payments from £340 to £77 , unfortunately my father died with 18 payments to make, there has been a mixed response to his death from credit fix, 3 of 5 people that we have spoken to would allow the debt to die with my father, however the other vultures are insisting that regardless of what s been paid in the past we are now liable for not just the £44,000 but an extra £13,000 in interest, please people if you do nothing else with your life at least read this review and learn from it , credit fix do the right thing and allow this debt to rest with my father Gary, chatham

they're money grabbers, i informed them taht as a single parent i couldn't afford £87 a month whilst i'm on benefits with the likelyhood that i wouldn't be returning to work and they still badgered me for the money every month, no compassion all they want is the money

Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear you feel the service is not up to standards, In regards to the monthly contributions, we need to review your income and expenses on behalf of the creditors if there is a change of circumstances. This is because we need to show evidence to the creditors why the client can not afford the original dividend that has been proposed. Untill we have this processed we can not decrease the monthly contributions or supply a payment break. Not helpful when i was ill and off work for more than a year. wrote to them explaining how difficult it was to make the monthly payments so got into arrears and again we wrote seeking advice and we got no reply then several months later they terminated our IVA. Now back to square one and don't know what happened to the payments we had made via the IVA. Who now can we turn to for help and some advice. 7 months after termination of IVA, We put into Barclays for a PPI mis selling and won. Barclays notified us and sent the award payment directly to creditfix now we don't know what has happened to this money. Can anyone give us some good advice please.!!! My wife is the only one working and I am now receiving PIP payment.
