“They did nothing for me. But take my money, they did not help my credit at all, I'm still. Waiting on the dispute letters to arrive in the mail, they never updated me as to what was going on,, I called customer service number left message never got a return call,,, however when I called the number for the billing department they answered the phone”

Good morning Todd, In regards to our customer service phone number, we do not have a voice mail system. Our lines are open from 8:30 am to 8 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 to 6 pm on Friday. “If i could rate 0 i would very bad experience with creditfix and they keep all your money and they dont tell clients before the arrangement is in place that creditors will not get a peent for 12 months and all the money paid in would go to their fees first before sending monies to the creditos avoid at all costs it has coat us £1000 before i saw them for what they are money grabbing theives promises that they dont live up to refused on number of occasions to help and even after i told them that i was not happy with the arrangement they still took my payments every month”

“can somebody help me please? i have recently signed up tp creditfix and payed my payments to date but recently had a letter from job centre saying i owe £655 what i didnt know about will creditfix still be able to help me with this? thank you”

Good afternoon Craig, Thank you for your review, In regards to the additional debt with the Job Center we would need to confirm that the debt with them is not fraudulent and that it is before the approval date of the creditor meeting . “I signed up for Credit Fix after financial difficulties. My initial communication with them was very supporting and understanding. Once I was signed up my communications were responded to very slowly. I have been fighting to receive my money from a referral scheme for nearly 4 months now. I have many questions still unanswered. Although I feel financial comfortable the support isn't as great as I was promised.”

“Staff reading from a script, not able to pass onto someone more superior. Then refused to pass my concerns over to a manager. Very rude staff and unhelpful. Too concerned with getting their own payments than helping you out. Avoid them!”

Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear of your issues, in regards to the compliance calls our staff members will have the legal text in front of them. In regards to speaking to a manager if a client wants to speak to a manager we will always put a manager forward to answer the questions you will have. If you feel some one has been rude to you on the phone are more than happy to get this investigated. “It was a great experience when talking to one of the executive. My case has handled very profesionally still very kindly. I was having too much anxiety before approaching to creditfix.I provided all my documents they asked for and it has acted very quickly.
