“The staff have been helpful when having an queries but when we received our statements from Creditfix they were not exact with some untruths ie late in sending back forms but these were sent out to creditors giving them a bad impression of our contact with yourselves”

“I'm fairly happy with the way my situation was dealt with. However. I'm disappointed with receiving letters "twice" indicating I was £300 owing the creditors. I have upped my monthly payment, hopefully to cover repayment to all my creditors. The two payments of £300 has, had caused hardship. In hindsight., I wish I never went with you. “The company is very good with the initial set up and helpful when asked but lack communication skills. Also we started of with having a contact person ie a name and number if we needed to get in touch, now we get sent to a service department which can not necessarily answer the question as they aren't familiar with our file. Plus you would expect they would acknowledge items sent to them ie PPI repayment cheques etc. but nothing. Needs addressing...”
