Thanks to creditfix I really feel they saved my life. I've not had any trouble at all they helped. In in every way that was needed. The best solution ever best thing I ever did. If you need help with your debt go to Creditfix the lovely people will help you.

Before creditfix we had a DMP with another company, When we first swapped over to creditfix we had an appointed person of contact, but as time has gone on this has appeared to not now be the case, we do not receive calls nor are we able to track, report changes to circumstances via an online account, which we were able to do with the previous company,so i guess it is a case that after a short period of time current customers ( if you can call it that ) are dropped down the page in favour of attracting new business, as long as we are making payments regularly and on time that is good enough for your company and we can then be forgotten until the next payment is due. I realise that " yes " due to circumstances we are in this position but we do not have the feeling that there is a team there to back us up and offer advice, all the hard work has been done and we have signed up and you are getting the related income for that,but maybe a little more support would not be a bad thing.

I found the beginning of the process easy, but there wasn't enough support, whilst the iva was waiting to be processed, I found that I had to send copies of the IVA agreement to the company's I owed money to.

I have been very impressed with all the people that have been in contact with me. If I have rang them with a query they have always been polite, and very helpful. When the Gentleman came to my house, he also was very helpful.

Very easy to talk to right from the start and without being condescending, arrogant or talking down in a way bank call center staff do. Very helpful when I needed them most during a period when I ill, that is a boost when all else seems to be fall down around you. Asking questions when you are unsure or confused about information provided by 3rd parties, I found I received clear defined answers straight away. Very helpful indeed.

every thing is good so far except the numrous phone calls we have from companies we owe money to. in the contract credit fix is supposed to tell all the company's that we are on the iva. we are still telling the companys ourselfs and we still get letters as well from company's. its not henry fisher its henry Mackichan
