“A great company initial responses in the beginning were fast accurate & professional Then ...... We had a period when the company made an error and released 2000 client emails to 2000 clients !!!! Slow response to phone calls and emails Is a real issue Staff leaving and not being informed who the contact is to be”

“The process was quick and fairly straight forward but after it being passed 4 months ago now I thought I would have stopped being pestered by creditors. In the last couple of weeks I have had to send 2 envelopes containing several demands for payment that I am still receiving”

“I can assure to anyone out there don't suffer emotionally with your debts CREDITFIX are what the title states they will relief your stress and help you legally,accurately in the time frame stated. I am happy I had financial strains in my life which affected my lifestyle at large but once I joined the CREDITFIX I feel saved that's what I can say on my behalf but I will recommend to all in my shoe.”

“The enitial meeting with your advisor was good but it would be better if when they arrived at your door that they didn't announce to the whole street that they are here to sort out your debt. Also it would be nice if you could get our names correct on future emails. Regards Craig Leslie Grant Kim Theresa Grant”

“Good that I know what comes out of my?bank each month,but doesn't leave me much extra. I need new glasses and shoes but I can't get them. I was told I could take payment breaks when I needed to, but they don't make it easy to do this. So I don't know what to do. I find it harder to get help off them now that I have signed up.”
