“Goods arrived as described and on time. Which given that they were ordered as a replacement for an order which hasn't arrived from another Sports company who allegedly supply Direct is all I can reasonably ask... Nice pads actually.”

“Really helpful when I called ahead of ordering. Very efficient delivery. I ordered the 'ready to play' service but they let me know it wasn't needed so gave me a refund - I am sure many wouldn't have done so! Great service again when the cricket helmet was too small and needed to order a larger size which wasn't in stock but they ordered new stock to be able to meet my requirements. Thank you.”
