“I have ordered from crocus on 2 occasions recently and have been so pleased with not only the service but also the quality of the plants which were outstanding . My favourite clematis Princess Diana was astounding with beautiful flowers. I will definitely be ordering from them again.”

“Crocus plants on line offer a good selection from a well informed website. All items delivered in suitable containers, well protected. My purchases last autumn have are all doing extremely well, not one disappointment, only in myself not finding them sooner!”

“REF: 4140717 Very VERY disappointed! I placed an order paid the extra postage for a Wisteria to be delivered on the 18.7.17 To make this whole thing even worse, I arranged for someone to stay in, they waited all day, and nothing was came! So I sent an e mail straight away to Crocus to please investigate and let me know asap. Today 19th July, I had no communication from customer service, when I got home this evening, I found that still nothing had been delivered, so I called customer service to ask why they hadn't responded to my e mail? I was told that it had been sent out, by now I had had enough, and that I didn't want a plant that has been possibly been on a van for 2 days in this heat and I would like them to arrange a refund straight away. I now have to go through the inconvenience of getting a refund. I my opinion I feel this company/courier doesn't care a jot about their customers or for the plants they send out, and there is no point paying the extra postage because they don't keep that promise either, This is my experience, the question is: Will this company contact me... Will they compensate the person who had their whole day wasted, waiting in....Will they improve their service after reading this review? Only time will tell and I would be willing to update this message... but for now please think carefully about ordering and definitely don't pay the extra postage!”

“I recieved 3 plants and a garden solar light. They initially took a while to arrive as it was the beginning of the Corona crisis but this was made clear to me. Unfortunately, the lights were faulty but the company sent a second set of lights as a replacement immediately.”

“I am very disappointed in Crocus. I ordered some plants, including a very expensive Hellebore. When my box came, the Hellebore was badly damaged. I took a photo and complained to Customer Services. They told me I would get a response within 7 working days. On the 8th day I contacted them again - only to get another response telling me I would get an answer within 10 days. Is this a joke, Crocus? If so, I am not laughing.”

“The poor review is mainly for delivery. On Saturday I got an email saying the package would be delivered within 3 working days. Mon, Tues, Wed went by, no package. Messaged crocus on Thursday enquiring. On Friday the shop below me told me they had my live plants. They'd been sat boxed up in the front entrance of a shop next door to me for 2 days before being passed to them. Why on earth would you leave a parcel with a random neighbour who I havnt given permission for it to be left with?? And why didn't I get told it was there? And why wouldn't the delivery service tell me on the day it's coming that it's coming? Its live plants for god sake! You need a much better delivery system.”

“Advised 3 weeks delivery when ordering ( 17th April) now two weeks "late". They don't answer phones and just advised it's a 5 day delay to look at emails. Other on line companies (plant suppliers) are meeting their 3 week target.”

“Plsnts arrived today. Very disappointing. Spent £140 on 10 plants and 2 packets of seeds. Seeds didn’t arrive and the Russian Sage priced at £6.99 was 2 cm x 2 cm. Should have waited for the garden centres to open. I will not use them again.”

“My delivery was left outside the door where anyone could have taken it. The plants were wrapped in an unnecessary amount of plastic, and worst of all, my delivery also included a pair of black underwear! Customer service requested photos but hasn't come back to me after that. Would avoid in the future.”

“Ordered last summer & were disappointed with the tiny specimens they sent for the price .. but put it down to the drought .. gave them a 2nd chance & puny little specimens .. they take advantage of online purchssers there is no way they coukd command the price tvey ask if it was on the shelf in a garden centre .. never again”

“Finally Crocus have acknowledged that their plants "suffered in transit" and have assured me of a refund. One extra star for that but I'm afraid I could not trust them again Will stick with Sarah Raven whose plants are always superb”
