Need a full refund, box has not even been opened. It took 6 weeks to deliver when I initially ordered it was supposed to take a week. I ordered 5/13 was not delivered until 6/19, My sons graduation party came and went which is what this was purchased for. On may 25th you sent an email stating it would ship in a week. That did not happen either. How do I return and process full refund?

I ordered my Crossnet on May 21, 2023. I received an 2 emails on May 25th. One was mistakenly sent to me. It had the wrong information about my order. The second on apologized for the previous email and it also stated that my order would ship out that week. On May 30th I sent Crossnet an email inquiring about the status of my Crossnet. I wrote, “Is this the only way to have communication? Do you have a number to speak with a live person? I am extremely concerned about my purchase. I have my son’s graduation on Saturday and I still have not received my Crossnet.” Crossnet apologized for the delay in my shipment and stated they had just received the container with all the back orders. They stated that my order should ship within 1-2 business days. On June 8th, I still had not received my shipment so I emailed Crossnet once again. I wrote, “ On May 30th, I received an email stating my order was to ship in 1-2 business day. It is now June 6th and I still have not received my Crossnet. What is the status of my order? I would like to get a refund. It is taking too long. Thank you.” Crossnet responded via email. It said, “ Dear Kristin, Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the delay in processing your order. We understand your frustration, and we're working hard to fulfill all pending orders as quickly as possible. We are pleased to inform you that the container with the delayed shipment has finally arrived, and we are currently processing all pending orders, including yours. You can expect to receive the shipping details and tracking information on Friday. Our logistics team is working diligently to ensure a smooth delivery process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Best regards, CROSSNET Customer Service Team” On June 13th I received an email that my Order is being shipped. Finally, on June 19th I received 2 emails. One stating my order is out for delivery and the other one stating my order was delivered. On June 20th I emailed Crossnet asking to return my order. On June 23rd Crossnet emailed me to ask why I wanted to return it. On June 27th I emailed back stating, “I would like to return my Crossnet because it took to long for it to arrive to my home. I ordered it on May 21st 2023. I did not receive the item until June 19, 2023. I inquired a few times about my order throughout the process. On June 7th I emailed you wanting a refund. I had to purchase another Crossnet at Dick’s in order to have it on time for my son’s graduation on June 10th. Please send me information so I may return the Crossnet. Thank you, Kristin” On June 29th Crossnet emailed stating, “ Hi Kristin, Thanks for your recent order from CrossNet and sorry to see that you’d like to return your order. Per our terms of service and return policy, we’d be more than happy to accept your return if the following conditions are met: Returns accepted for 30 days Customer provides return shipping No restocking fee No final sale items If the above terms are met please process a shipment to the below address and provide tracking information to info@crossnetgame.com. All orders will be refunded within 7 business days of orders being checked in. Attn: CrossNet 900 Turnbull Canyon Rd City of Industry, CA 91745 Sincerely, The Good Sport Customer Service Team.” I am extremely disappointed with Crossnet’s customer service and the quality of the Crossnet volleyball that came in the package that I purchased from Dick’s. It was very frustrating not being able to communicate live with a customer service representative. I should have not been lied to about the shipping status. Also, when I first inquired about canceling my order, it should have been granted. Now after all this, I have to pay shipping to return the order. I received the wrong order. In trying to resolve the problem they offered to have me purchase the original order for more than I purchased it in the first place. They said they would offer a deal if I kept the first one. I am glad they answered my concerns just haven’t resolved the issue yet.

Customer service is terrible I have emailed 4 timers called and used to instant message. I received my h20 crossnet and the ball seam is ripping and one floating leg is missing!

It took a month from purchase to receive the product. Would have been nice for customer service to reach out and let us know of the delays but they only responded after several emails.

I ordered for my double graduation party and it took almost a month to get when it said 7-10 days. I received it after my party weekend. I Told them I didn't want it if I couldn't get it by the date, they sent it anyway knowing it was not going to be on time. Very sad with the customer service.

I really had high hopes for this net, but it has design flaws- we put it together, it in the pool, every time someone hit a ball and creates a wave, something would come undone. It constantly falls apart. Since my kids really wanted to keep it, I went out and spent $32 on pipe glue, screws and bolts to secure it. I tried emailing the company, but have no response.

Horrible customer service. Sent 2 emails to customer service with no responses. First email to check status of order since it had been weeks since I placed my order with no shipping notification. I got no response so I sent a cancelation notice because I went a bought one locally at Dick's Sporting Goods. No response to that one either. They still shipped my order 2 weeks later. Never deal with them again.

I ordered for my daughters birthday party. I placed the order on may 20th and they said it would be shipped out within a couple days. We didn’t receive it for over a month. So much for having it for my daughters party. Completely disappointed with this company. No phone number to get in touch with any customer service or support. I will definitely not be ordering from them again..

Parts were missing in the box, backup service is non, no one replies emails, have not used it more then twice as all parts broke and continue to come off on its own, product video is over rated, very cheap product, wouldn’t waste my time and buy one

My experience was not satisfactory, when making my purchase I was promised a $20 discount to be given through my confirmation ‘email and was not at all given. When I made contact with the customer service department I was told that I would have had the chance to redeem it before my purchase was made. That was the end of our back and forth emails. They would not offer any credits or anything to make up for this inconvenience it was as if I was lying to them and they didn’t care. However since this situation, I have constantly received discounted advertisements harassing me to buy more stuff from them and not one attempt to give me the $20 that was due to me! Do not deal with this company!

Ordered our crossnet in October 2022, it arrived missing a piece, I have emailed twice with responses of sorry & the piece is on its way…. It’s now February and still no missing piece. I have asked to send what we have back for a refund however have had no response.

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied all around. I ordered this as a "Santa" gift for my daughter and it has still not shown up. I have had multiple communications with Crossnet, about this item being lost/stuck in Texas. It was supposed to arrive the week before Christmas, but per the tracking, clearly delayed (lost) and has not moved from its location since 12/19. I would love to get some customer service here and have a new package shipped. I would be more than happy to send a duplicate product back, if it ever shows up. Or just offer me a refund at this point. I was super excited for the product and happy to give this to my daughter who loves volleyball. But I can not provide anything more than the lowest rating at this point.
