“If you spend £30 on a pair of trainers from Schuh, they deliver them for free. If you spend £650 on a pair of trainers from Cruise, they charge you £7 delivery, and that's not even for next day! (I fully appreciate this is, by every conceivable measure, a First World moan!)”

“Spent £1700 on a moncler jacket and Burberry shirt. The packaging was like something you’d expect from an online pop up shop & the jacket was missing the hood. Currently processing a return for the jacket. This is second time I’ve had poor post and packaging, the other occasion a woollen gucci hat bought as an Xmas present was thrown down the side of my house.”

“Quick delivery but my problem was cost of postage.£400 order.Charged £7 for delivery plus the cost of £4 for returns.Woodhouse are free delivery and free returns.”
