“I’ve shopped with cruise fashion for years and they are my go to designer retailer. They have a great range of products and seasonal sales are great. However, the cost of delivery and returns should definitely be re-evaluated. It’s should be complimentary or at least free returns.”

“Good service order arrived quickly. Just would like to comment on delivery and return prices are expensive and adds to price of items purchased. Store pick up is just as expensive 200 spend before free delivery!!”

“The quality of the clothing I buy and the customer service is usually very good, however, when I make an online purchase and pay £9.99 for next day delivery, very rarely does it make it next day. Apart from this cruise is amazing.”

“Love cruise and have spent a lot of money online recently but do you know I'm bitterly disappointed that do not offer free delivery if you spend over a certain amount. Very disappointing.”

“I love your website and have been a loyal customer since the start. Only downside is delivery cost and the return cost. As these are high cost items, when I have previously sent back an item (due to wrong sizing) I pay for special delivery. Also do you offer deals for loyal customers?”

“Merchandise excellent and good website, unfortunately I was disappointed paying for next day delivery but unfortunately I did not realize it was 6.15 when I placed the order. I phoned customer services because I was charged £9.99 for next day delivery and the goods didn't arrive till 4 days later and still no response from customer services”

“Delivery was quick . Thought had lost parcel though cos delivery guy left to a waitress . Had to return a top. Wasn’t right on me. Apart from that goid service as long as I get my refund soon. Will gladly shop again”
