I bought a stone island ghost shirt, it arrived without the badge, I contact through chat. I was told it was the last one in that size and to return the shirt. Cruise arranged the return through DPD. The shirt was collected as agreed. The issue is that I have had no communication about whether the shirt has arrived at the warehouse. Here is why I gave such a poor review. Two days earlier I ordered the same shirt from flannels and they sent an extra large. This was sent back, to exactly the same warehouse as the cruise one, I explained this on chat that the company are the same and I had experience 2 order issues to not get any response. I will not order again. I ordered the same shirt from a small independent retailer and it arrived next day without issue.

I paid for next day delivery, and received one package two days later,and the next package was 5 days later,very poor standards I won’t be buying anything from you again.

I paid ten pound for next day delivery they didn’t even ring the buzzer so did get them for a birthday party think I should be refunded the ten pound

Security tag was left on Had to go to city centre store to get removed waste of time to order online when had to go Instore and paid for next day delivery and got in 3 days

Ordered a top in men’s medium and it was way too small, sent it back and got the same size top but with a large label on it, was not happy at all

Delivery charge is extortionate, opted for store delivery which took 5 working days to arrive. Competitors are able to complete orders in 1-2 business days with modest delivery charges. Spending large amounts should allow for free delivery like most other retailers. Money making scheme and I’m yet to receive my order as I am not back at work and unable to visit the store until the weekend. Items ordered on 30th JUN

Ordered a pair of Balenciaga's which didn't fit. To return there is no free post. The cost of return due to value of item is £27. I will not use cruise for further purchases due to the uncertainty on sizes and lack of free returns. Poor in this digital purchasing day and age in my opinion.

I received a different pair of trainers to the ones pictured on the website. I have sent an email about this but have had no reply. I am not able to wear these trainers with the trousers I had originally bought them for but they are nice enough for me to want to keep them. On the website it states that a £ 20 discount is available on further items purchased if an excess of £200 is spent. It is unclear how the voucher is obtained. I need to make a further purchase for trainers that will go with the trousers and have seen some on the website, this would be an incentive. Fast delivery was a plus.

I was very disappointed that when I returned the Gucci bag together with DSquared joggers ( next day tracked which cost me £11) cruise exchanged the joggers as requested however never received the Gucci bag ! Not able to talk to a person I communicated exchanging emails . A case was opened and they still said the Gucci bag was not sent ! I just don’t understand this ! I asked them to do a stock check ( still on going) I requested a size down on a Bal t shirt which I sent in a separate parcel to my disappointment It was refunded ( can’t seem to re- order with the original 20% off ) I have used this site many times with no problems . This resent order was a larger than usual may be it’s the staffing with the COVID-19. But I’m at a loss of £550 plus no Bal t shirt .
