Think it’s shocking you have to pay to return items that are faulty.

I have purchase Gucci Sliders for my sons birthday and they have arrived damaged. I went into store to try and return these and was told I need to send them back online, meaning more cost for return in respect of something no fault of my own

For the amount the clothes cost and don’t have a returns slip! Shocking promised it would come at 2 came at 5:30 - won’t be doing it again

I have received my order and there is an item missing - it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone after making 6 calls and being in queues and then having wait 25 minutes is not acceptable. I am a very good customer but it will put me off ordering again. this is the second time in 2 months I have had the same issue. something not right with quality control/dispatch

Ordered 2 items for next day delivery only recieved 1 and wasnt notified about the other. I ordered the items on thursday night for a wedding on the sunday and was left without a jumper which after paying for next day delivery had to then go to hugo boss to get the same one only £50 dearer. To be left in the lurch like that with no explanation is really poor

Not good customer service. Ridiculous that people are made to pay for their returns. Most companies don’t charge anymore so Cruise should reflect this. £6.99 standard postage is also very high

Was pleased with the purse but the box it came in was very dirty and marked all over. As this was a present for my daughter i wasnt very happy with it. Paying all that money it shouldnt av been sent like that

I don’t know if any other high end retailer that charges so much for delivery, and doesn’t do free returns! I sent almost £609 in one transaction and had to pay £7 for delivery, that took 6 days! Very disappointing,

Shocking service, paid for next day delivery had no updates til two days after my delivery date, offered a refund still waiting for a refund, to say you market big brand and not cheap brands the service is ridiculous, appalling Oh to add to that my box wasn’t the original.

Disappointed when ordering a jacket at £270 being charged £6.99 for shipping and then when I returned the item I had to pay £8.50. Will not use Cruise or Flannels again because of this.

I paid for next day delivery on a jacket only to receive the wrong colour of jacket and also I had to pay 9 pounds to post it back... I really hope my refund is cash return and not store credit.
