I bought items and received a text to say they were being delivered, but the courier said they didn't have them. I emailed customer service who replied 2 days later to say they would look into it but a day later nothing. what service?

Expensive delivery. Very poor quality product (Stone Island) and you have to pay to return. I won't use Cruise again - I will find the same product elsewhere.

Sent my order back and it had been in the ware house for a few day ( recorded delivery) and haven’t herd anything from them?

I have returned my item. I found the service to be quite poor for a more premium retailer. Firstly I contacted customer services regarding my order and never received a reply. Secondly, Shen the item was received it arrived in a basically black bin liner! As I had to pay for my own postage I expected it to come in better packaging to protect the product and that could be recycled. Also very poor for a product that I paid over £200 for, high street retailers are much better. Also then the worst thing was that I had to pay for the item to be returned myself! I’ll never purchase from you again!

Wasn’t informed that item had arrived. Staff were far from friendly and found them rude and unwilling to help, I understand that this store sells high end products but is there any need for the attitude?

I have sent an Email regarding my order. With the holidays I have still to hear back which is totally acceptable. The Paul and shark t-shirt I purchased has been delivered to me with the badge being upside down. See attached photo. I would have thought that this would have been checked prior to shipping. However I do understand these things happen. I will review again once I have my issue resolved. If it’s resolved quickly I will be extremely satisfied in will review accordingly. Thanks in advance. Really disappointed by the lack of communication and help really, I was impressed with the quality of clothing but getting the items was a real pain, I had too pay £21.99 delivery fee which I’m unsure why with it taking that it took over a week too come, was told I’d get a refund back for delivery but heard nothing back, will not be using this website again

I ordered a jacket online. At the time of ordering the web site said there were three in stock in the size I ordered. I paid for it and received a confirmation email. Seconds later a second email arrived saying it was out of stock and the money would be recredited to my bank. As this was at the Christmas holiday period it took a full week for me to get my money back. Surely the website shouldn’t have accepted my order if there was no stock. Somewhat dissatisfied customer. Fortunately I was in a financial position to order another jacket which I’m pleased with.

Bought a jacket from the Edinburgh shop.... was too big for my girlfriend... weren't going to exchange... ended up getting a credit note... which I ended spending myself in store... (where the lady actually serving us said she didn't want to say we were liars... but exactly what she was implyng) went online and bought a canada goose rossclair jacket... which arrived with the security tag still on it... so overall not a great experience in store or online.. so being the time of year the jacket still has the security tag on.

Delay with online order, sent emails, got brief reply saying taking up with warehouse then ended up holding on line for 45 mins to speak to someone to be told ‘picking issue with warehouse’, hence the delay. Staff very pleasant in phone but takes so long to get connected. Visited store to say separate to online. Item we ordered was in store so went back in same day, purchased it then cancelled order online which takes days to refund. Limited info for the customer when logging in to account. Just says ‘processing’ and has said this since we first ordered item. Top very thin fabric, not as expected for the price. Feel let down by Cruise on this occasion

I was pleased with the fast delivery but very disappointed after paying £99 for the trainers plus £10 postage to the find a sale sticker on the box for £70. Felt completely ripped off as you are obviously selling them for £70!

When my Gucci blouse arrived I expected a beautifully wrapped parcel. I’d hoped for the top to be tissue wrapped in a box, but felt extremely disappointed when it arrived screwed up in a clear zip & seal bag, with a plain plastic bag outer bag. At £500 I would expect a higher standard of service and presentation, as for example, Selfridges would provide.

My son purchased several moncler items in store the staff use high pressure sales tactics and one item a moncler hooded sweatshirt which cost him 575 is only 380 pounds on matchesfashion.com and on the cruise website the exact same item in grey is only 390 so I dont understand why my son was charged 575 for the same item in a different colour

Only received one item (although delivery note reads two ) nearly a week later and I still haven’t heard what’s happening ! The missing item was a Christmas gift so left in limbo

I was soo disappointed. Ordered £840 shoes to collect from flannels. Shoe box was tatty and tissue paper inside a disgrace. No authenticity cards. Sales assistant was helpful and put fresh tissue! Moncler jacket also in a plastic delivery bag. And designer bag not a bit of tissue or protective packing in sight. Very disappointing. Ordered the shoes and jacket again from a different web site. Same price and both arrived beautifully boxed and packaged with ribbon and how to care for products cards. All items returned to cruise which I was charged for despite spending the best part of 3 grand. Poor poor service.
