I purchased a belt for £150 for my daughters Christmas and i was extremely disappointed that the belt came in a see through bag inside a shipping bag. This item is high quality and very expensive and i would have expected it to come in some sort of display case or at least a presentation box that shows the quality of the product and at least protects it from shipping damage.

Was sent an item in the wrong size, emailed and had to send pictures to prove this, and I'm still waiting on the pre paid returns label to be emailed to me

I ordered a Stone Island jumper which was sent out in a black bag. As if it had been grabbed and stuffed in there like it was an old piece of rubbish. Nothing actually wrong with the jumper but for the amount you charge for delivery it’s a joke the way you send stuff out

I use cruise quite regularly, main the store in Glasgow city centre however recently I purchased a moschino hoodie online in a size small and got delivered an XXL with a small label on it???

Disappointed in packaging of DSquared baseball hat. Basically shipped in a plastic zip bag in a plastic envelope! Luckily item wasn't damaged or squashed too badly especially with the cost of it!!! Previously my son ordered a similar hat from a different company and it was delivered with bubble wrap and in a box for protection. I expected same.

I was quite confused to why my parcels were separated and then I didn’t get an item that I wanted and it was in stock online. I also thought that the delivery was quite expensive and I got it sent for click and collect and some other companies have free delivery whenever it’s over a certain amount.

Order processed easily and delivery was quick. I do think that for orders of such value standard delivery should be free. The jacket was delivered with the security tag on so I had to drive to the store to get this removed. According to the store, this is a common occurrence. For a high-end store such mistakes / inconveniences is less than acceptable.

I recently Opted to purchase a Burberry scarf from Cruise as the price was around £20 move favourable vs my local Burberry store. Firstly, the item arrived inappropriately packaged. Every Burberry item I’ve purchased in the past (either from Burberry or an official outlet) has arrived in either a Burberry box or roll tube. My item arrived, in fairness promptly, however in a basic plastic bag inside of a battered Flanels paper bag. For me, part of the experience of purchasing a high value Burberry item has always been the wonderful packaging it arrives in. With a price tag of £350, and with no postal discount available on high value purchases, this falls well below my expectations of purchasing from luxury brand retailers. If like myself, you’re based within the Edinburgh area, I’d advise sticking to Harvey Nichols or the Burberry store for similar purchases. Sort it out Cruise!

I was over charged £10 on Vivienne Westwood earrings ... said they were £65 but on the box it said £55 .. not a good look when you are giving a present

Delivery of goods was quick and efficient, however returning proved problematic ! Due to the monetary value of the goods .. I telephoned customer services to ask if I Could return in store .. was met with a very pleasant lady who said of course that would not be a problem . However after travelling 12 miles and arriving at store .. the customer service went downhill rapidly ! I was told I would only be offered an exchange and they didn’t have the goods in stock ... I advised the lady of my call to customer services to be told that .. they are not ‘obliged “ to tell customers exchange only in store and goods have to be returned via post for a refund .. so I am now £14 down for delivery / returns for goods that weren’t suitable ! Not sure I’ll order from cruise online again !

I brought a pair of kenzo jeans an wore them once the sign on the belt line has half ripped off I’m unaware how this is happened an do not no how to contact cruise can somebody email me please

Not too happy that postage isn't free above a certain amount. Same for the returns process. Many other online retailers have this facility.

Iv received the incorrect size trainers. The box has size six on as we ordered, but a size four inside. Customer support told us to exchange them at flannels in metro center but shop said it isn’t possible! What a fart on! it’s still not resolved Alicia my daughter got size four trainers for her size six feet on her bday off her Dad!!! I’ll try to correct in Newcastle on Sunday as advised by another member of your customer support when I arrive home tomorrow (Saturday) from working away before i go away again on Monday. Not a great experience!!!

Badly packaged! A beautiful and super-expensive dress arrived extremely creased, in a plastic bag. Customer services were disinterested with some lame excuses! Sadly, Cruise is Not the luxury shopping destination it is trying to be

Was disappointed by the customer service or lack of. I placed an order and didn’t hear anything for 4 days. When I called to find info I was told it was being picked from the warehouse but there was low stock Hence the delay, but there was nothing to suggest my order wouldn’t be dispatched. The next morning I woke up to a cancellation e mail without any communication from anyone. Had I had this I would have explained that I would happily have the next size up... instead I had to re order myself and wait 4/5 working days to get my initial £300 back. Good product but poor service - also, delivery charge at £6.99 is pretty poor when ordering an item of that expense. Way more than your competitors...

Very disappointed with customer service been a customer for many years both online and in store only to place an order and very next day before my goods had been dispatched items further reduced contacted customer service to ask if they would honour price ( all other companies will if you shop with them a lot) BUT cruise would not so disappointing from a company I have spent a lot of money with

The website itself is fantastic. Quick delivery as always which I was pleased with. However, the jeans arrived with a broken zip so I can’t wear them and have unfortunately wasted a lot of money and hence the low rating.
