Not very happy with the packaging holes in bags and not in a designer bag inside just in clear bag , plus costs a fortune when you need to send back if heavy

Really good choice of clothes but I was sent the wrong delivery information when I raised the issue customer service wasn't interested and stopped replying to my emails.

I purchased a pair of £535 Louboutin 'So Kate 120' shoes as a surprise for my wife. The shoes are AMAZING What wasn't so amazing is they arrived from Flannells with a "REDUCED TO £420" sticker inside. Only I paid £535 for them. Thanks a lot Cruise, I wont be using you again.

£7.99 delivery that takes over 7 days to come and delivery date changes. Parcel tracker doesn’t work. Horrible organisation. Only good thing is the clothes

Unfortunately the item I purchased with next day delivery had to be returned as it was too small .. I will be grateful for a full refund including postage for return ..thank you

Disappointed that a quality designer item came in a see through polythene unmarked bag, a Gucci bag would have been nice. This could have been needed as a present! Not very acceptable from a supposed to be designer shop.

Both items not the colour I ordered - only ordered online as the colours showed as available- would have bought in my local stockists and get 10% off if I'd known

My purchase was delivered when said it was just a pity it was not what I ordered, also very surprised it did not arrive in a YSL box any other designer things I have bought from other shops have all come in the designers box. My purchase was picked up this morning hope you have the bag I ordered because this was my birthday present. Cant give a rating until this is sorted out

After paying £140 for a pair of stone island jeans plus £6.99 delivery which I think is a joke the jeans came with no badge! Isn’t that what you pay for! Not happy I rung up to be told badge would be sent out I’m still waiting a week later won’t be ordering again!

Ordered navy , got red, sent back , Cost 9 pounds no refund on postage to send back Two days after order got offer in , same top 60 pounds cheaper.

I would like a refund on my purchase as my dsquared2 t-shirt has just come out of the wash for the first time and the badge has already got black marks on it where the plastic material on the badge is fading away
