Order confined 17/8 Order processed 20/8 Deliver 21/8?????? Awaiting collection 22/8 Order collected 23/8 Finally got delivered 28/8 missing my sons birthay 26/8 Not happy at all

After ordering 4 items next day delivery, I was emailed through the night to tell me one item would be cancelled due to stock issues. Understandable, but when the delivery came it only had part of the order in it, and I had to wait another day or two for the other item. Again this would be understandable but not after spending £9.99 on next day delivery.

Disappointed to have to pay£6.99 for delivery then another £5.00 to return the parcel then to be told you only get a refund of the item not either of the delivery charges so it’s cost me £12 just to have a look at a shirt, won’t be using your side again

I love the clothes but the delivery time is far too long. In comparision to other online shops, this is by far the slowest delivery time - a week.

I ordered 3 items and was charged £171.99 for the 3 items. Yesterday I got just 2 items costing £143.99. I have contacted Cruise but nothing back yet. Poor service

I ordered a bag and 2 pairs of shoes. 1 shoe got cancelled and the bag was marked when I received. For a bag of that price I expected to receive in excellent condition especially as I got a birthday offer on it and decided to treat myself . Looked like it had been used with marks all over. I have had to send it back although waiting on confirmation or my return. Wish I had bought it from the stores rather than online.

Disappointing to have to pay for postage and returns. Poor presentation. Expensive items shoved in a plastic zip bag felt dusty and dirty. Order something from Selfridges and see how they do it. Challenging markets require more effort.

£190 shirt was in a torn open cellophane bag which was placed inside a plastic black pouch. Poor packaging overall and not how I would expect to receive an item of luxury clothing. Compared to other sites who take pride on how their items are delivered this was very poor. NB The Courier was great and this is through no fault of theirs.

Normally great however latest purchase arrived not even in a bag and wrinkled beyond belief if it didn't have labels intact id have sworn was return.I do also find that postage is a bit high

I am normally impressed with the service you provide. However this time I had ordered a Polo and the size was too small to what i had ordered that i remember. I went to my local post office to send the item back and i have not received any kind of email or text to say anything. I would like to know where abouts my parcel is and how its gonna take to come. I am slightly disappointed this time around

Delivery extremely slow & expensive.. I’ve been waiting 8 days now for my item that was bought & paid for instantly. There’s faster & more efficient sellers out there. Probably won’t use again

The t-shirt I bought arrived as described and on time. The price label on the t-shirt read £17 cheaper than I paid. I contacted customer services but they wouldn't refund the difference. Also £6:99 postage was pricey when it took 4 days and arrived in a Jiffy bag.
