Ordered on the Thursday paid £10 next day delivery received nearly a week later . No refund of postage or apology.

Unhappy with the delivery service. Ordered 4 items on the Sunday and expected all to have arrived by Thursday as went on holiday on the Friday. 1 t shirt came on Wednesday and the other 3 items never arrived till the Friday so did not receive in time. Didn’t think this was acceptable especially after paying £7 delivery for 3-5 working days and not getting any option for next day delivery.

Parcel lost in Pdp van . No one contacted me I had to contact them also got an email telling me it was to be delivered on the 18 th when it wasn’t even coming . You can check my records have have literally spent thousands in my account but considering going elsewhere now

Find it ridiculous that I have to pay a shipping fee of £6.99 for an item, as i can't collect in my local store, as saying there isn't any stores in Belfast, when there is?

Got an e-mail saying my package had arrived but it wasn't delivered. Waiting on an e-mail back to see about the location of my package.

Got my order with one thing missing. No correspondence to say item to follow or if not available anymore and also a refund for same. Have to wait 24-48 hrs for someone to get back to me. And had to wait a week from the time the order was processed to the order was delivered

Had to pay delivery, product too big had to pay return delivery then re-order new size and pay delivery again . Store unable to order for me either. Very poor. By the time I paid 3 delivery charges might as well have paid full price rather than sale price!!

Fast delivery however my item was not packaged nicely.... it was extremely creased and was obviously a previous return item. Also the item was different from the picture. Also my return has not been dealt with

Ordered a stone island limited edition ghost jumper paid for next day delivery only for it to arrive without the black badge! Really annoyed called them they said they can’t send out a replacement badge I have to return the item. I asked if I could exchange it from my local cruise/flannels shop they said no it has to be posted back. Didn’t do much at all for me as I needed for the next following day. Posted it back recorded 1st class the same day it came still haven’t had my £300 refund. And I had to go to flannels the same day and spend another £250 on another top.

Ordered a selection of goods, a couple of hours after ordering I received an email informing me that two of the 7 items were out of stock , I immediately sent an email asking for the rest of the order to be cancelled as the two items were the main two I wanted. Anyway I received no reply so sent another email the following day and another the next day without reply. The order was confirmed on its way before I received a reply to my emails and was to tell me I’d have to pay for the return if I didn’t want the other items. Poor ordering system, poor service and poor customer care.

I had been reccomened by a friend to use cruise fashion I had ordered my two jumpers. Places order for next day delivery at 10am. The item did not arrive the next day. I refused my order. The order has gone back I still haven’t received full refund yet. Only partial refund

Ordered shirt and t shirt on a Thursday night on next day delivery , expecting really to get the shirt delivered no later than Saturday , when I wanted to wear it. To my surprise the courier gave me a Tuesday delivery .

The actual item was perfect for my husband but I am so disappointed that Cruise charge very high delivery charge price for just standard delivery. My husband and I will not be buying from Cruise again for this reason alone My husband always buys from Cruise but not anymore! There should either be a discount for loyal customers or the item should be in stock in store so that he could purchase the item without having to pay these expensive delivery charges. I did email customer service to ask why they are so high. The reply I received was so dismissive and I was told we are not obliged to give reasoning for our delivery charge pricing. As the consumer I think you very much should be obliged to explain to the customer their query. I think under consumer rights Law if asked a question by the customer then it is only courtesy to give the explanation they require and are entitled to.

The products I received ordering online are poorly packaged. Basically just lifted from store and thrown in a bag and with the jumper being white it had marks over it. The price of delivery is outrageous too compared to other retailers when it takes over a week to arrive. The clothes are good and sizing other than just some lazy packaging, which it’s good for expensive designer clothes.

Very disappointed that despite placing multiple orders with Cruise, collectively amounting into the £000's they still charge £6.99 for delivery. Delivery should be free over £100! Whilst I received all my items, they were not packaged as I expected. Instead of the smart fabric bags they came in torn clear polythene bags and just dumped in a large box, poor service. Admittedly price of items is good but for whatever reason the end result was not in keeping with what is expected when buying high end designer wear.

I would write a decent review on past service but this time has been not great!had my parcel delivered to a pick up point and cause the ship was closed parcel was returned to cruise.so I’m still waiting on my delivery with very little feed back apart from them answering my emails.

Paid 9.99 for next day delivery, said I wouldn't be in and to leave with a neighbour, parcel arrived 5 days later... No sign of refund either

Great experiences in store. First time but online and will never do so again. Ordered shoes for an event so choose next day delivery so i would have them in time. Got my delivery slot arranged to be in to recieve, however i did not recieve my delivery and got a "sorry you we missed you email" with a picture of the wrong house!! Contacted the deliver service to explain and was told that i would need to wait till the next day for my delivery as i had not been in and they couldnt get the driver to return. So didnt have the item for when i needed it and wasted over an hour waiting in for a delivery that never came. So waste of money for next day
