Ordered a slim fit online but delivered a regular fit

Outrageous!! I bought a jacket from Cruise online and it was too large. I returned the jacket and it cost me over £27 postage to return it. (This is on top of the £6.99 I had paid for delivery!) I’m absolutely disgusted as I’m now £27 out of pocket for the privilege of trying a jacket on at home. Smaller companies can offer free delivery and returns so why can’t a large company like Cruise. I spend plenty of money between cruise fashion and Van Mildert but I’ve lost faith in the company because of this and will never purchase another thing from them!

Bought a pair of shoes that were on sale and paid for next day delivery. When the shoes arrived they had signs of wear around the toe area and the box was completely destroyed at one end. The state of the shoe and box was simply ignored and posted out to me. I emailed and got a very quick and professional reply with a postage label but I will still be out of pocket for the next day delivery charge.

The customer service team took ages to reply messages. I clicked on the wrong size and email them before the item sending out, straight away after paying. It says will reply withthin 48 hours in fact they don't. I'm an oversea buyer and if I wanted to exchange the item it costs me £40 to send it back. This really upset me. Will never come back again.

The correct information wasn’t put in my order so it got sent back to cruise, I ordered the parcel a month in advance as it is a birthday present and I now have to wait for it to get back to the uk before it can get re sent with the correct information. I was also on hold for 25 minutes before getting through to anyone. The man on the phone was so kind and very helpful but I’m not happy that my delivery isn’t here on time because the information wasn’t correct by cruise

Got T-shirt from cruise and yodel said they delivered it but still haven’t got it or money back shop cruise all the time shame really no customer service

Online was easy but at Christmas I came in an I asked the man with a facial hair, think he’s the boss actually and I asked him for help and he wouldn’t give it me yet I always come in cruise my boyfriend me and my father come in an awful lot, however a young man went in the back and got me a tracksuit which the boss told me we didn’t have in, so from now on I’m going flannels or van mildest, not happy at all just because I didn’t come in , in stone island or a top brand and was in my gym wear I got judged so I will not be coming back.

I ordered a pair of trainers on 09-01-19 then I was emailed they couldn’t fulfill the order therefore I was meant to receive a refund which I haven’t?

Top arrived with a hole in which obviously can’t be helped on your part however I have been in touch via email and phone call to arrange a return but so far had no instructions as to where to send back to and not getting replies to e-mail now.

I have been a regular customer with cruise for some time however over the festive period in December I placed an order for 2 items and was sent an email to say the item was unavailable however the following day the items were showing in stock. I feel that the experience was not nice in this case. I had to wait a number of days for the payment to be refined back to my account which was a large amount. I feel the payment should not have been taken if they didn't have the items in stock.

Staff in shop in Edinburgh were very helpful, but ordered online and still do not have goods even though they said they would deliver 9n certain date from courier Quite disappointed 😩

£7 delivery charge is unjustifiable. The company should have the ability to offer a lower delivery charge concidering there vast delivery network. The majority of your competitors offer excellent service without extortionate charges.

Received wrong item ,was delivered quickly and efficiently,but now I have had to send it back and it’s to late to order another wallet ,as the one I originally ordered has disappeared off your website.

Yesterday (3 Jan 19) I returned all of the clothes that I had ordered. The reasons varied between poor fit or that they were quite different looking in reality compared to the photographs, which was very disappointing. I noted that the cost of the original delivery was £6.99 and that it cost me a further £13 to return the clothes for a refund. This is a ridiculous add on to what are already expensive clothes and I will not be shopping online with Cruise again.

I placed a Christmas gift order. I ordered this well in time for Christmas. The response times are poor, I chased this order up on 2 seperate occasions as the account is quickly updated. Thankfully, after much worry, the order did arrive in time. I would have perferred to have seen an update on the order alot quicker and when I contacted the online customer help (as I could never get through on the phone, due to waiting queues) I just got what looked like an automated response. I understand that Christmas must be a very busy time but retailers shoyldn't be suprosed in an influx of sales during thisi busy period. We all know when it is!

I thought the deliver at first was good, however I sent an item back for exchange a week ago first class and have not received any information if my parcel was received or if my new item is out for delivery

Loved the tip didn’t fit went into Glasgow to change it and wasn’t aloud to swap as didn’t have bar code then they got it and because was on sale wouldn’t let time change ... and when t short got posted out I didn’t receive paper receipt
