My package was ordered over a week ago and still waiting for it, now 4 days past the due delivery date, no help from the courier or cruise and i have no idea where my package is

Dusty un-swept floors and scruffy staff. Tills that don't work, and a lack of being made to feel special in a shop full of designer products. Not a pleasant shopping experience. 25 years ago this was a small unique exclusive shop, now it has none of the style or class it used to have. Very disappointed.

Buying a DG shoe without shoe bag and in addition to that the shoe is one side dirty with marks. Still waiting for reply.

I’m continually fed up paying astronomical postage fees. Also if I need to return anything I need to pay for that too. With the lowest payments I have with cruise being at least £100 it’s about time free postage and returns were introduced.

Delivery went to wrong address, customer service not helpful and non existent, wrong sizing in my trainers ordered a size 5/38 received a 6/39 after spending out 29 in total for delivery and returns that was not my fault. Never again going back!

Bought a Vivienne Westwood shirt. Was described as "fits true to size". Was not, very large fits, had to send it back, costs me 21€ and re-ordered a size down. Not serious.

Item came in with a pen stain on the collar, i couldnt be bothered sending it back because it would if took around 30 days to get my money back, had to use hairspray to get it out...

Ordered a pair of trainers , one was brand new and one was off the shop floor , dirty and all marked and wasn’t the same colour as the new shoe! Sent my shoes back for an exchange 4 days ago and still no word back, wont be ordering from cruise again!

I have recently completed an order with cruise which on the whole I was very satisfied with. Great products, right price and efficient delivery. The only issue I have is although my basket was nearly £600 there was still a delivery charge added.

Sent the wrong garment and postage and packing charge is an absolute rip off. They are like a posh mans version of Sports Direct.

Disappointed by the amount you charge for delivery £9.99 for delivery and £14.99 to return. It puts me pff ordering from you.

For a luxury retailer not to have either free delivery or free returns was very disappointing. What was even more surprising was the fact that items bought in store can not be returned for a refund, only a credit note! I feel this is something that should be clearly written near checkout and not somewhere in fine print in company policy documents and should stated during purchase. Thirdly, items purchased online can not be returned in store either. Items on sale maybe high-end, customer service and convenience, not so much.

Was disappointed that after purchasing a item for over £100 i still had to pay delivery fee and there isnt a option to collect on store. Very disappointing but the quality of product was brilliant

I ordered a Gucci bag which was a gift and paid for a next day delivery to ensure that I get it on time. It came late after two days and I was very embarrassed as there was a party without a gift. I called customer service to complain and they just apologised without even offering a complimentary shipping for another item that I was also buying from cruise. I was disappointed with the service and it is definitely not suitable for a name like cruise.

Sent me the wrong item. I ordered by Malene Birger Elenasoo leggings and got Elenasoi leggings. If you dont have the item why send something else? Just cancel my order and prevent all the hassle of the return process.

Happy with products but very unhappy it charged me twice for delivery tried to change it to one order not able to change both parcels arrived at the same time on the same van
