I’ve emailed twice and called at least 6 times and left messages but have not received a reply regarding an order. Have spent so much money in the Glasgow, Edinburgh and recently Aberdeen shops but so disappointed in the online communication, which is zero. I’ve really tried to support this firm when there are many others that can have cheaper items but have been let down

I made a purchase more than a week ago and the mail takes 3 or 4 days without updating the status of my shipment. so I do not think I'll arrive on time. Maybe I can change my opinion if it arrives on time. I do not know .

I was very disappointed after spending over £100 on two t shirts and paying £7 for delivery, that when one of the t shirts didn’t fit, there was no pre paid return mechanism. I have had to pay another £7 to return the t shirt. This is made more frustrating as I work in Glasgow yet there is no click and collect option. As a result I have had to pay £14 on delivery charges for a t shirt that doesn’t fit. I will be choosing where I shop online much more carefully in future.

I paid for next day delivery on the Sunday and received the goods on Wednesday afternoon. I email to check on the position of the order and received only automated text stating the goods were on there way. Refund for additional cost for next day delivery was paid to us but the order was for my sons birthday on the 25th.

Although in packaging t shirt turned up dirty looked like it had been dragged across floor in warehouse before delivery

Delivery costs too expensive. I ordered a coat in size 8 when i received it the brand itself was a size 10 and your shop label was an 8 so incorrectly labelled and when i called none where available to replace i then had to pay a further 5 postage back

Very poor service throughout and faulty product only gave a 2 as was refunded quickly doubt I will ever use again

I spent over £200 and I have to pay for delivery and return. I’ve never known of acompany to do this. Delivery was £6.99 which is beyond expensive.

I ordered 4 items,with a total of £331,on behalf of my mother in law on Monday 28th May. Both my mother in law & myself shop with Cruise at least twice a year,spending roughly £1500 between us. On Tuesday 29th May my mother in law visited the Glasgow Store with a CP Company jacket she had purchased in December of last year as part of my husband's Christmas. My husband has only wore this jacket on a few occasions. The stitching on the jacket was clearly faulty & my mother in law wanted it mended or replaced. After speaking with the Store Manager she was a advised that Cruise would do neither. I honestly can't believe that given the custom we both give Cruise & the importance of excellent customer service that this is how she was treated. We are both extremely disappointed.

My Birthday 20% didn’t apply to certain items and I also find it unacceptable that returns are not free or can’t be taken back to store

As i am living outside the U.K I should have the items without tax free of the U.K because i aslo pay my country tax free 10% when I receive my items I hope you remove the tax free like harrods and selfridges and other website. Thanks

The online experience was absolutely fine and as expected. However, in store was a different story. I visited the Newcastle branch with my Mum looking for Valentino shoes for my wedding day. There were two girls working on the shop floor who ignored us, even when I had two pairs of shoes in my hands I wanted to try on. I approached them and asked to try both pairs in a size 6 and 7 as I'm between sizes and have never tried on Valentino's. I was met with rude questions about exactly what size shoe I am, and they were extremely reluctant to go and fetch me more than one pair. They snatched the shoe I was holding and told me it was in fact a size six and passed it back to me (I'm unfamiliar with EU sizing which it was labelled with, I apologised...). They then came back to me to say they didn't have a size 7 in stock in either shoe. I asked to try on any Valentino shoe they had in a size 7 to check it would fit me, as the size 6 was a little tight. They didn't want to give me a shoe to try if it wasn't the actual pair I wanted to purchase... I have never been told that in any store before, and considering the shoes in question were £620 I would have thought the sales assistants would be happy to help me. I decided to go online and never visit the store again. The prices of the clothing and shoes are far too expensive to warrant bad customer service. If I were to visit Selfridges, the staff would have been falling over me to make sure I left the store happy. If Cruise Newcastle aren't hitting their targets, look no further than the unhelpful staff hired and/or the clear lack of customer service training provided. The girls' appearance was scruffy & unprofessional and they had no manners or common sense. They behaved as if I was interrupting their conversation and spoiling their day. My advice to other customers - go online or take your money to another supplier.
