Unfortunately after buying the product and paying the delivery charge up the Shetland Islands, I’m still awaiting my deliver via DPD on the 19th Feb. This now looks like it won’t be delivered. Disappointed at this element of the service which has impacted on if I’d buy from Cruise again online.

The two pairs of glasses I ordered had finger marks all over, small scratches and one pair the legs are completely off. Not what I expect from a luxury retailer.

Had to return an item due to sizing which is fine but had to pay £9 for recorded delivery return! Given the value of the items for sale on this site it would be silly not to use recorded but I would expect free returns like most other companies. Very disappointed given we spend a very large amount of money each year here.

Had two big orders in close succession (ten mins apart) and was charged twice for delivery. I accept it was my fault but feel no common sense came to play. Also as I guessed only a few items available I ordered correct size and had to pay again for delivery and to top it off an extra £12 to send the wrong size items back. Top quality products and delivery was fast but the sale price slightly artificial as delivery adds and returning a pain and you have to pay.

There was no delivery note within parcel. I have tried contacting Cruise Customer Service to arrange delivery of 1 of the 2 items (which I have paid delivery for), however waited >48 hours for first response which did not address my query. I have still therefore not received satisfactory response or delivery note on which to state my reason for return (item too big). I also contacted my local store (Cruise, Union Street, Aberdeen), however they could not accept items purchased online.

No option to collect in local store or any other collection point in Northern Ireland like there is on the mainland

The P&P is too expensive and when I tried to return items to the shop in Edinburgh I was told they could only do an exchange and not a refund which i find very strange, surely the shop can issue refunds!

hat arrived entirely too small... tiny even... and returns process way too expensive so now i'm stuck with a hat i love but is way too small

Bought a cp company hooded zip sweat shirt only to find it had large ripped hole next to pocket returned it having to pay the delivery cost ! Was refunded the money for what I paid for the top with nothing else compensated ! My 16 yr old son was disappointed as was for his birthday

I still have a voucher from last year, but not able to claim/redeem it. I wrote customer service several times, but the response did not solve the issue.

I was sent the completely wrong item, to then be told they didn’t actually stock the item I had purchased, I was then told they would arrange a collection however I couldn’t commit to being home all day after a long discussion they tried to persuade me to send the item back and would refund the £6.99 postage (not sure it would cover it with the post office) finally got a return label sent out

Had message to say delivery after 12.00 Sunday 7th and not there after 4 visits. Eventually delivered and advised on Wednesday 10th. FPS not very reliable this time but the e mails did come from cruise.

I received my shirt. Was told it was true to size. I am a 15 1/2 and it was far too large for me. Not Cruise's problem i'll warrant. The following is though. No option to return to the store. Had to pay £7 to return the item. No free pick up option for a store of your size? So all in I was close to £15 for delivery. £15?!! Dreadful. Honestly dreadful. Won't be using you again and I will advise others of the same. Parcel Number 15501972066269

One of the products I ordered was faulty. The lace was badly discoloured. I have sent two emails to customer services but have yet to hear back. If this matter can be resolved quickly I will have no concerns in shopping with Cruise again.
