I ordered a jacket in Large, a medium arrived. I called customer services who informed me they couldn’t send out the correct size until they had received the first one back. Or I could spend my money again and buy the large jacket again then return the medium? No thanks! Paid £6.95 for a delivery that I collected from Halfords, which was a complete waste of a journey for me. Then had to make the same journey to drop off the jacket so now I’m waiting for a refund. At the very least I should be offered free delivery and a goodwill gesture discount

Purchase 1 pair shoes, left and right is different size, return shoes and lost the shipping costs. But is fast shipping and refund

The service was very fast which i liked. Unfortunately my product had a mark on it, when paying £260 for something and it does not meet full standard is quite disappointing. I had this with a previous pair of trainers i had bought aswell.. feel for the money paid, the product should meet the full standard.

I went in to the store on George Street to purchase a pair of shoes. Tried on one of the display shoes for size and wanted to go ahead and purchase this particular shoe. The staff took 20 minutes trying to find the other shoe that matched the display one and were unsuccessful. I wasn't suggested to check out online, it was of my own doing that I then went online and made the purchase. Once I went online I had no troubles at all and was very happy with the efficiency of receiving my order.

Converse are great 5☆ for those, but Cruise charge a ridiculous amount for delivery they should offer a free in-store collection service and free in-store returns and should issue refunds not rubbish credit notes.

They sending me dirty, used sunglasses!! Have to pay for return and allthough the refund was easy and quick, I won't reccomend Cruise to anyone!!!

The company u sent me my one t shirt with aramex charged me for tax of 48 dollars which is not true that my package was taxed as there is no sticker on the package so they msged me and said u have to pay this before u get ur package total lie wasn’t happy about it

I was sent a polo shirt which was discolored which now i have to return for refund . which is fine however i emailed to adv not happy that i wont be receiving a refund on my postage as this was not my fault.

I ordered a Canada Goose jacket which costs 950 GBP and asked for express delivery and paid extra 10 GBP for it. Until today, nine days since order and have not received the parcel yet (delivery time was supposed to be 2-3 days to Greece via express service). The Courier was DPD UK. I contacted DPD UK via email, got no reply, tried DPD Greece and they said that the parcel was shipped with standard delivery. Sent 3 emails to cruise customer service and got a reply after 6 days (!) that the parcel was sent via express post. Someone is not telling the truth: either the parcel was shipped via standard post and hence you should give an apology with a 10 quid refund or DPD made a mess out of it. In any case cruise is to be blamed because the courier is your choice. And please note that I have not received the jacket yet!

I’ve had to send back 2 items that were way over sized. Certainly not advertised as this on the size guides. I still want the items and have asked for them in smaller sizes. One Adidas t shirt I have to go from an XL to a medium as it was so large. I’ll now be charged 3 times for postage in order to get the items to me that are a true size.

The prices were much higher than everywhere else, and also I brought in store and paid with cash but was forced to accept a credit note, as I was unable to get a refund, so I was forced to spend the money online as the store did not have any medium sizes in most of the clothing, also very disappointed that I had to spend £6.99 on delivery on top of the purchase, staff were not very helpful. I would also prefer if the stores are able to order stuff in instead of having to order online and get it delivered, as the returns policy is that the buyer pays postage.

Only option is standard delivery at £6.99 and the items are really poorly packaged. For example, suits are in suit carriers which are then stuffer in black bin liners... not great for expensive items. Also, returning items can be very expensive. Suggest Cruise/Flannels take a look at All Saints deliver processes and packaging for some tips.

Item was ultra slim fit when I thought it was a standard fit. Post cost is extortionate too especially when I also have to pay again to return the item.
