Goods arrived day late after paying £9.99 for next day delivery and waited twice for 20 mins on phone to be held in a queue to get refunded but didn’t get attended to. Clothing was fine when arrived but delivery was a joke.

Am very sorry to say I will not be ordering from cruise again, Unfortunately I ordered 3 pairs of Armani jeans, none fitted , But my issue is I had to pay delivery and then postage to return. This is not the case with ASOS , frasers etc, So from now on I will stick with these company’s .

Trainers ordered were in sale but still 290 pound and one was the display shoe and was dirty and had to be cleaned and laces changed prior to giving to my wife as a gift

The sizing of the items was really of. I wear a 7 in nearly all my shoes. I ordered a size 7 in 2 pairs and the were massive. The others were too small and I had to return all 4 pairs of shoes. This was very expensive. I sent the item insured and next day delivery. The item were signed for Thursday ( it's Friday evening now) yet I have not received an email to say they have been returned and that a refund is being processed or alternative size are alvailable as I requested. I would have expected better correspondence from the company. I would think twice about ordering again due to this experience.

Having looked forward to my order arriving, I was left very disappointed when I unpacked the Tshirt I had purchasd as a gift for a friend to wear at his mums 75th Birthday celebation that weekend turned out to be underwear and not a T shirt as described in all its glory on their Website. I was most upset and disappointed. I now have to take more time out of my day so that I can return this item due to their false internet item description. If it had said the item was underwear, I would have in no way purchased it. No gesture of goodwill or a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused.

Poor customer service! Very slow. Needed to return items and had to pay postage (never had this with any other company before!) which then put me off exchanging the item! Used cruise (and flannels) many times previously, this will certainly be my last.

I am happy with the jacket however I am upset when I looked at the label and notice the price was marked as £330 I paid £455 so seems it was cheaper in store

Having been a customer for many years since the original Cruise Flannels in Newcastle (in-store and online) I was extremely disappointed to receive an online order last week containing a dress with a security tag still on it. I need this for a family wedding this weekend. I could not seem to find a telephone number so decided to call into the store in Newcastle (I live in the Lake District), unfortunately I forgot to take the dress. The staff in the store were most unhelpful and said I would have to post the dress back as it was nothing to do with them, I of course asked who would pay for the postage to again be told - it was nothing to do with them..... needles to say the Louboutin's I was about to purchase stayed in the shop - Dorothy Perkins kindly removed the tag for me this morning, thank you Dorothy Perkins.

I ordered a pair of Adidas gazelles from your website and in the images shown the shoes appeared a light blue. However, when I received them they were a much darker duck egg green. I then go to return the shoes only to find I have to pay for the stamp and postage. This is simply unacceptable service.

order came and someone had swapped 260 pound shoes for 80 ppund penguin ones and still waiting on the 260 pound shoes being returned !

One trainer was faulty.Stitching on the strap had come undone. Very disappointed that I was unable to return to local store for exchange. Postage too expensive as I am a pensioner .Luckily local alteration shop sewed it for small fee of £4 (cheaper then postage) and no hassle. Will not shop online from you again !

I placed an order on Sunday as I was going on holiday the following Saturday being sure I would get items delivered on time . Got email to say order would be delivered Friday pm . Parcel came with 1 item in it . Not informed that it was only 1 item being delivered . Contacted cruise but shut over weekend , not good . Other parcel came on Monday , no use to me as I am on holiday , not good . So not really a good shopping expiereance with Cruise I would say .

Usually i am very happy with the service, however on this occasion i was sent a shirt in the wrong size and shorts in the wrong colour, hence the 2 stars, i am basing the 2 stars solely on this last transaction

Stone Island Ghost Tank Jacket has been received without the black badge for the arm. This should have been checked before sending order out.

I’ve bought from cruise many times and normally it’s a pleasant experience, however on this occasion I was very disappointed the Gucci shoes where either worn or heavily tried on and walked around a store or at home it was so bad I had to send them back and re order same shoes from Gucci.

I ordered next day delivery and it did not come until nearly three days later, as I paid £10 extra for the next day delivery I was no to pleased to be honest.

Ordered an item at £165, which with any other company would be free delivery, I then had to pay £7 delivery, which was only standard delivery and not even next day. This is far too expensive especially when item is that price and sending it back having to spend another £5 and a further £7 again when I re order something.
