Product as expected and well packaged Order communication was good however delivery charge was far too expensive and took too long to arrive so not impressed sorry

Delivery fine, although the zip on the item was broken. As it was a gift for my son he wanted to wear it on Christmas Day. For the price of the item I would not expect this.

Cruise products, designers and prices (during sales anyway) are amongst the most attractive. One huge let down though is this £6.99 p&p Mike Ashley tax, none of the other major retailers have it especially if sending over a defined amount but that is that scumbag Ashley's trademark, ripping the arse out of the consumer and he moans about the suffering on the high street! He owns most of it, took House of Fraser creditors to the cleaners in a move that if legal is barely so. Every promotion has a stupid catch or excluded brands so even if you find one worthwhile that tosspot's P&P swallows up any discount. If the high street does collapse i hope he is underneath it all, another Phillip Green.

I purchased an item on the basis of the sizing guide but this was twice my size!!!!

I paid for next day delivery but the goods didn't arrive until the day after they should have been delivered. The goods themselves were made of very thin material which considering it's winter I expected them to be thicker for the amount paid for them. Considering sending them back but too late to find replacements for Christmas presents...not impressed!

Overpriced clothing. An item I bought was 30 pounds cheaper two days later. Cheap and tacky packaging with exorbitant delivery fees. Gave me the wrong date for arrival and then didn’t reply to my email when I Enquiried why. Disappointed.

It was really disappointing when I saw that the bag has scratches, I gave it as a gift so it was ok but I will consider more for future when I am going to by for myself. Also I have to pay for return always , not happy at all.

Shipping charges are extortionate and the returns policy is very poor They need to introduce some free shipping and free returns before I use Cruise for shopping again

My shoe box was dirty and ripped apart. Very disappointing to buy shoes and receieve them in a fully dirty box and ripped on the sides

I’m afraid I feel you really ought to review your delivery charges. I’ve just paid £435 for a stone island jacket only to be charged a £7 delivery fee on top. I appreciate £7 is not a monumental amount of money, however, I feel that where a customer is spending in excess of £80 (for example) you should waive the delivery cost like most fashion retailers.

Hi I like the products but the service and delivery is awful. I ordered a pair of paul smith brogues and paid £135, when they arrived one was size 8 and one was size 9, it took me many phone calls, emails and postage costs to get some of my money back, to start with I was only refunded for a totally different pair of shoes which were £30 less. I am still not sure I have my full refund as no records of refunds appear on my account. Despite this, I just ordered 3 hugo boss shirts, they were promised to arrive by sunday at local store for me to collect, they were 3 days late DPD deliver are rubbish

I ordered a 2 pack and a 3 pack of socks 1 pair from the 3 pack arrived with a hole in them when I complained about this I was refunded for 1 pair of socks. Anywhere else would have taken the 3 pack back and sent out another one. If I only wanted 2 pairs I would have ordered 2 pairs ridiculous

I’m a bit baffled, have not received my parcel from Cruise yet it says on my DPD tracker that the parcel has been delivered and I’ve signed for it. Ive yet to receive an email to say the parcel is in Matalan to collect.

Made arrangements to take delivery but it never turned up, received email from delivery company and Cruise saying I requested a diffrent day which I never. Emailed Cruise only automated email back answer back. Received goods but some boxes were damaged but items were fine.
