Things aren't bad but size is a problem. The site says the usual, and the order is slim. For example, I ordered pants size 50, which were normal on the site, but came slim. I can't dress. In the past orders came two slim shirts that I also can't wear.

Love the YSL Bag but disappointed in the way it arrived! No dust bag or a box. For the price I was expecting a bit more. Waiting for box, though I was refunded on the delivery.

If you spend £30 on a pair of trainers from Schuh, they deliver them for free. If you spend £650 on a pair of trainers from Cruise, they charge you £7 delivery, and that's not even for next day! (I fully appreciate this is, by every conceivable measure, a First World moan!)

Quick delivery but my problem was cost of postage.£400 order.Charged £7 for delivery plus the cost of £4 for returns.Woodhouse are free delivery and free returns.

Quality and service is always very good, only down side is high delivery/return costs even when spending quite a bit of money. Returning items to store would be a good option.

The ordering process was very easy however when collecting order the server continually conversed with other employees and also continued to do paperwork not relating to my purchase.

Normally really please with Cruise. However this morning went to collect items from the shop 'click & collect' as the goods were over £200 i should of received a £20 gift voucher which is normally printed automatically with receipt. Told the guy in the shop who was helpful & rang customer services who said would email my voucher straight away. 8 hours later still waiting for it. So looks like I'm going to be chasing tomorrow.

Delivery was quick. No invoice in parcel. Making returns more complicated. Free returns would be much better. Most other high end companies offer free returns.

product was delivered on time but had a security tag still inside the item, was told to send it back but was a birthday present which then wouldn't of been here on time. ended up going in store to have it removed. so spent £9.99 on postage and still had to go in store

Good service only issue was tried to buy online and payment wouldn’t go through,phones Silverburn and cruise Glasgow no one answered the phones as I could have bought in store it eventually took payment on line.

Ordering online etc was very easy but went to flannels to collect and it was very short staffed waiting approx 20 mins to let someone know I was in to collect my parcel

I ordered a 3 pack of Paul Smith boxers when my son opened the box there was only 2 pairs in the box
