I love the discount you get with this website however the delivery charges are very expensive compared to most online retailers. And then when I had to return an item that didn't fit, I had to pay the return postage and was advised to use registered service. I paid £9.99 for next day delivery which is more than | would normally pay and a further £11.30 to return the parcel. I won't be using this website again due to these costs.

Cruise has a great selection, and it’s for this reason alone that I shop here. Their service when buying on line for returns, exchanges between the web site & shops is very poor. For a premium offer, it does feel like customer service is a secondary thought.

Very disappointed with condition of my box when I picked it up in store. It was a £700 pair of balenciaga shoes and the box was smashed in on one side. Was a birthday gift for my daughter :-( Had to accept them as they were as a new pair may not have been delivered on time. Cruise need to ensure delivery of expensive items is more careful......will probably not order from here again due to this.

I order most of my clothes from Cruise and have never had any issues other than the cost of both delivery and returns as this can add on a substantial cost in relation to what I’m actually looking to spend on the clothing itself. As I say I have never had any issues with my orders until recently where I ordered 3 t-shirts, 2x DSquared2 and 1x CP company. Whilst all of these t-shirts fit perfectly I had to return one of the DSquared2 shirts as it was a different shirt from what was described on the outer packaging. I went on and ordered the same t-shirt as it was a sale item and didn’t want to miss out only for a few days later when it arrived to find out that again this was the incorrect t-shirt. The badge on the arm was different from what I had twice ordered and now again I am having to pay a fee to return a t-shirt which fits but is the incorrect design.

My order was delivered with the invoice highlighting all the items, however, one item was missing. I got in touch with Cruise fashion and it was immediately investigate and got the item sent out. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and customer service. Niyi.

Have purchased from cruise for a few years now, and I have noticed my last few purchased have not came with a zip dust bag, which used to come with your orders, and I found them great, and I use them for going on holiday, so it would be nice to have that back. And I feel the packaging of END clothing is better than Cruise, and I think cruise could step up its quality of packaging. But the shorts where great and I will buy from cruise again so it’s only a suggestion

The online buying and delivery process was quick and good. But it's very disappointing to have to pay delivery charges on such pricey items when most other sites provide free shipping on items over a certain price point.

For having a luxury company it is pitiful and pathetic you charged 6.99 for delivery under £200 spending. All brands are luxurious on this website and I would expect a far higher standard and not the cheapness of delieverh charged

Purchased Balenciaga Triple S as a gift. Sadly they arrived in a bashed and torn box. Not exactly pretty presentation and considering the money that was spent - very disappointing. Daughter however delighted with her new trainers.

Postage is expensive. Similar sites charge less and offer free returns. I find that disappointing and it puts me off using the site.

2 x items ordered. Had to send one back due to it being too large. £7.25 to send back a return that isn’t my fault. When you change your return policy I will myself return. Until then I will shop with retailers who offer a free return service.

Usually the service from cruise is to a high standard But the way my order was received was not up to standard Clothes had no packaging and was basically rolled up and put in a plastic bag Also the neck of the top was overly stretched This was at a cost to myself of £10 for postage and package

I have rated cruise 3 stars im afraid due to having to fork out 2 lots of postage. First to get it posted which I didn’t mind. The second i did as it cost me £11 to return an item which was all wrong fit wise. No wonder it was in the outlet! Most online shops these days offer free returns, especially when your spending £100’s of pounds on a single item. I won’t be ordering again due to this. 😒

DISSAPOINTING that you charge so much for delivery and add to that by not offering a store pick up in Edinburgh- it’s resulted in not progressing A few items I’ve been interested in.

Item did not arrive when it was supposed to, it was two days late. Considering cruise still charge approximately £7 for delivery this is poor.
