I think the service is great however delivery charge is extreme !

I was disappointed that there is no quality control on products sent out. I never expected a company like Cruise to send out a faulty product. My son is also devastated as he has no birthday present now.

Good selection. Delivery prices are ridiculous. A standard delivery does not cost £6.99 for a t shirt. Scandalous when spending a higher cost for premium brands. I often purchase elsewhere online for same item at a cheaper delivery rate

The clothes you sell are good, but still having to pay for delivery and especially returns puts me off spending a lot more.

Have to pay to send things back as sizing is way out at least 2 sizes bigger than normal uk size shame as when you get size right very happy with product

The product came really quickly, however the delivery is rather expensive as I was paying nearly half to have it delivered. I also wanted to purchase some mcqueens however the discount code wouldn’t work for it

Great selection of clothes however postage is way overpriced £6.99 per shipment and that’s not even next day - come one you should be able to provided a cheaper alternative - puts me off buying anything!

Really disappointed that my item (Ralph Lauren knitwear) was not even folded but thrown in to the packaging. Yes it was a clearance item but still over £80 plus the pricey postage fee - could’ve been sent with more care! Other than that nice quality item and quick delivery. Would’ve hoped for better attention to detail from people at Cruise .......

I would rate Cruise with 5 stars, if it wasnt for DPD (they're delivery service) Its unacceptable to have an "Express service " that takes 2 weeks. If only you had a delivery service like DHL you would have 5 stars and a lot more clients. P.s. check your competitor( Farfetch) how good their reviews are, its because of fast delivery

Good range of items on offer and competitive prices. However having ordered online for delivery I was very disappointed at how my item (stone island over shirt) was delivered: in a plastic bag, thrown on my doorstep, on a cracked hanger. Not ideal when gifting.

I brought a Calvin Kline jumper that was a medium and it was massive and when I say massive it was like it was for a XL And it said in the jumper printed a medium,I’m disappointed in my purchase due the that reason

Very disappointed that I received a garment that was soiled. Also not happy that I had to spend over £11 to return items registered post. As I had to pay delivery it should at least be free returns.

I returned a T-Shirt on Thursday to be replaced by a larger size and it signed for on Friday morning. I haven’t had an email to let me know when a replacement is being sent out or even if I’m getting one.
