Ordered a pair of shoes that were too big paid delivery then had to pay to return them so basically cost me £10 for absolutely nothing. Tried to exchange the shoes for another size, they said they didn’t have it in stock. I seen them the following day and they did had them in stock so paid postage again. I definitely think that when your doing an exchange you should get your postage paid!

Prices are far far too over priced and it’s shocking that you still need to pay for delivery when it’s over £300

I have bought Versace dresses from you in the past but unfortunately the fabric quality is poor in these dresses & I am returning them

Poorly wrapped and presented upon arrival. No returns label and having to pay to send back items is a poor customer service

Good product , but really slow delivery took over a week to come and charged delivery when most online shops now are free delivery

The procuct itself was fine but from placing the order I didn’t hear anything in 4 days to let me know it had even been dispatched, not very good Customer service considering postage and packaging was £6.99

I ordered 5 items on the morning of 26th January, I paid £6.99 for standard delivery. Three of the items arrived on the 22nd and the remaining items on the 27th, which is simply not good enough when paying £7 for delivery. One of the items still had a security tag on it, I will now have to post it back at my own expense. Overall not a great customer experience.

Delivery should be free it’s ridiculous that all delivery costs including returns are at the expense of the customer especially when this is even when you spend £100+

Happy with service although shipping cost too expensive 6.99 and charged returns. I am sending item back as not happy with it. Charging costs put me off ordering again.

Customer service phone line was very helpful regarding an overpayment in item. Have since returned item for exchange in size and am still waiting to hear back .

Expensive delivery, poor packaging for an expensive item could have been easily damaged - but I’m happy with the product!
